The room is clean and comfortable, check-in and check-out are very convenient and fast, if the staff is not there, you can check in independently. After 11 o'clock in the evening, the front desk will be off work. If you are hungry, you can only buy food in the vending machine. Not in the very central location of Bolzano, but only a little more than a little more than a little more than ten minutes walk, take the train to Bolzano Bozen, very fast, so the overall Lago di Braies or suceda is still very convenient

The hotel is really nice and the rooms big and well furnished, normally is also one of our favourites on the way home, however this time we were very, very disappointed!! Even if the check-in was done very professionally and the lady was very nice we had to wait until all documents were manually entered into the system. We came from 3 hour queue on the highway and honestly would have appreciated if the process would have been smoother (e.g. make a copy of the documents or just scan them into the system). When we asked why, we got told that privacy laws obliged them to do so… privacy just requires the company to ask for consent to keep the data for the minimum amount of time required to fulfil the purpose for which the information were collected, honestly this procedure could be easily improved, as I had to sign anyway for different consent (I’m currently employed as Privacy Engineer). In the morning even if we had a suite and are Mariott preferred guests, as we could only enter the room late at night we wanted to sleep over but got 4 different persons knocking at the door from 10 onwards…one even entered the room to check the minibar with us inside…is true we did not put the “do not disturb in the door” but first of all the floor supervisor should coordinate with the reception to know which guest has left the room and which has not, and second after the first person knocked the info should maybe be shared with the others…paying 300€ for one night and getting asked “when are you leaving the room” 4 times is not my idea of premium hospitality! Last at check out was not asked how was the stay, was not thanked for staying with them…when asked to talk to the FO mgr to complain I got told that the Room Division mgr was having lunch and I should wait 30-40 minutes before talking to him… ne only on my insistence I got to talk to him. not sure where they learned to work in a hotel but this is not my idea of premium experience…once again I hope the single persons will not be blamed as here is more an issue with processes and training than single Persons.

I booked a double room with a five-year-old child. The front desk was upgraded to a super-large triple room for free, and only charged 25 euros for an extra bed, including breakfast for the child. This is not the most expensive hotel I have visited, but it is the most ”aristocratic”. Just look at this breakfast table. Even the flowers are real flowers. The orange juice squeezing machine made the children watch curiously for a long time. There are many kinds of jams, all fresh and delicious. The child ate so much bread for the first time because the jam was so delicious. All the front desks and waiters are very professional and polite, very enthusiastic and keep smiling. The child said that we can live here if we don't leave.

We stayed here for 4 nights - family of 5 with kids age 13,10 and 4. The facilities were great and catered to all our needs with activities to keep our kids occupied. The kids loved the many pools which was one of the reason we chose to stay here. With half board we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and really good 3 course dinner. The only but is there was no variation in the kids’ menu which consisted of the same item to pick from. And it was the classic nuggets, burger or turkey snitzel with fries or pasta. Our kids like food, so they were quite disappointed because they had been looking forward to different pastas dishes, being in Italy. This is the only reason why we’re are reluctant to stay here another time, to deprive the kids of good food

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questa struttura con altre due famiglie e tutto sommato l’esperienza è stata positiva. L’hotel si trova praticamente nel nulla, totalmente immerso nella natura. Per raggiungere il paese di Nova levante a piedi, ci vogliono almeno 30 minuti a scendere e quasi il doppio a salire. Così come per raggiungere la cabinovia che porta agli impianti. Non capisco però come la direzione abbia più volte scritto nelle numerose mail intercorse tra noi nei precedenti mesi, che la cabinovia si “trovi proprio sotto l’hotel, a soli 10 minuti a piedi”. Per noi non sarebbe assolutamente stato un problema se l’avessimo saputo sin dall’inizio e avremmo inoltre gradito essere messi a conoscenza che dall’hotel passava un comodissimo skibus 3 volte la mattina, diretto alla cabinovia, e 3 volte il pomeriggio, dalla cabinovia all’hotel. Siamo rimasti assolutamente sconcertati del fatto che NESSUNO ci avesse avvisato, nonostante le nostre numerose richieste su come raggiungere la cabinovia. Ritengo quindi che l’unico aspetto negativo sia stata proprio questa mancata comunicazione da parte dell’hotel. Risolto comunque il problema, abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni bellissimi. La zona benessere è bella e accogliente, l’ambiente è caldissimo ma l’acqua della piscina andrebbe riscaldata maggiormente. Il buffet della cena era ottimo e ben fornito, quello della colazione andrebbe leggermente rinforzato con maggiore varietà di proposte dolciarie. Il brunch davvero ottimo e soprattutto molto comodo. Tornando dalle piste nel pomeriggio inoltrato, era fantastico trovare zuppe calde,salumi e dolci ad attenderci. Il maitre Alex ha contribuito a rallegrarci le serate con la sua simpatia e professionalità. Yuri gentilissimo ed educato, nonostante le nostre continue e a volte strane richieste! Purtroppo non era sua la colpa se nell’hotel c’erano solo “kiwi duri come pietre” praticamente immangiabili! Sono stati molto gentili a custodire le nostre valigie per giorni avendole spedite prima dell’arrivo, e a continuare a custodirle anche per questi giorni in attesa del nostro corriere, e per averci inoltre accompagnati alla fermata del bus diretto a Bolzano il giorno della partenza. Grazie davvero di tutto♥️

This hotel was meh and felt a little scammy. We ended up in Bolzano for 1 night coming from the Dolomites and didn’t have a room anywhere. I always prefer to book directly thought the hotel rather than a third party and on their site, it mentioned a double room with breakfast for €117. I emailed right away and within 20 minutes received a reply with a quote for €195. I asked about the cheaper rate and was told it was no longer available, so I booked at the higher rate. However, once we checked in the following night, I got curious and checked again for the same night and the €117 price said it was still available for that night. I felt like they used that to lure you in. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were friendly but our room was a little outdated and the floor felt like there were soft spots or holes in multiple places. I can deal with outdated but the holes covered by carpet were weird. The place was clean and a good size and also fairly quite so no complaints there. In addition, they had parking available for a few. When you book you have to select their garage, however, the do have a few uncovered spaces available that are a little cheaper but are first come first served and not reservable so ask about those. If you are coming by car, get directions on where to park before you get there. It is in a busy area right by the train station so we pulled into the garage next door and ended up having to pay and extra €2,50 AND had to move the car. The location is great for both the train station and the old town is walkable in about 5-10 minutes. The breakfast selection was quite large and had an assortment of coffee, pastries and fresh items.
