The room is not big, but it has basic facilities. It is clean and tidy. The location is very good. It is very close to the main church of Bolzano. It is very convenient for restaurants and shopping nearby. It can be used as a rest stop when visiting the Dolomites. However, the hot water in the shower in the room needs to be improved. It was already very cold in October. The shower water was not warm enough when taking a shower. I caught a cold and did not dare to take a shower on the second night.

The hotel is in the city center of Bolzano and close to all offices and university as ell as close to the train and bus station. Rooms are clean, comfortable bathroom, tv, wi-fi and all other facilities. Indoor parking is available. Breakfast is very good.

Room for improvement: -weak air conditioning in rooms -no fans available -use of laundry facilities not allowed for short term guests -street facing rooms loud and get no direct sunlight -plain breakfast Positives: -clean, modern room and furnishings -central location -lots of outlets for charging -close to public pay laundromat

very unfriendly reception by an older gentleman. I came the evening of my arrival to ask about the air conditioning that was not working and he offered no solution other than that someone would come and look at the air conditioning tomorrow. It was also 30 degrees that week. The next day an older woman at reception told me that they were working on it. 3 days later after complaining and sweating every night and every day I still didn't get a solution. Only after 4 days of stay did I finally find a friendly staff member (thank you Juliana) who offered me a room with working air conditioning for the last night. Apparently only a section of the rooms has real airco and the other ones have floor cooling that doesn’t really work. Breakfast was not tasty but the staff in the restaurant was very kind. Also the rooms smelled like sewer and the walls were very tin so I could hear everything from my neighbors. Very expensive for what it is, the only positive was the location.

We spent one night in this place. We had 2 individual beds and a nice room. Everything is well thought and very functional. The place is very clean. The breakfast is various and there is salted and sweety things to eat. This hotel is very well located to visit the old town by feet: less than 10 minutes walk. There’s also a garage for the car.

Let me start by saying that I went alone, but the room was small but perfectly furnished, new and modern. It is a mix between a hotel and an old college-type structure, however in the historic center with a garage for extra paid parking spaces, breakfast is good, served served in a Tyrolean room, while the buffet is directly in the canteen. Price appropriate to the structure, around €90 for a single room per night.

Centrally located, 10 minutes walk from the train station. Generally quiet location, but the rooms are not very soundproof. Rooms are simply but functionally furnished, two large wardrobes, desk, no space for large suitcases. Very good (maintenance) condition, clean, drains in the bathroom smell strong. WiFi is slow but stable. Breakfast is completely self-service, canteen-like, good quality of food, only the orange juice is inedible. Good value for money for Bolzano.

Central place without too many pretensions... simple but clean with a decent breakfast included. For a couple of nights it's a good compromise. Single beds only. The only really negative note is that the room is poorly soundproofed. Really a shame
