Hotel Asterix

Congratulations to the girls at the reception and the cleaning girls, very professional and very kind. The hotel is a little less so as it is unfortunately not suitable for disabled people. Reported on *********** with disabled access but even after entering you find a high step without an access ramp; the corridor to the rooms is narrow for a wheelchair. At least there are two disabled car parks a few meters from the hotel. The room booked was small, even though they had warned us at the time of booking, but since we weren't using the wheelchair inside it wasn't a huge inconvenience. It's a shame that the "family" room booked is only a triple room, without two separate rooms. Small but really clean bathroom and great shower (even though our fan was broken). Breakfast not included (per my request) so I can't give a judgement. All in all a pleasant stay, some small adjustments would be enough (larger courtesy set, more services) to make the stay more pleasant.

I had read the reviews but I wanted to give it a chance, but unfortunately what was written was the truth. The site was well done but it didn't correspond to reality and even the 3 stars were a bit "too much". We stayed one night with our little dog (and this note favorable for those who have a pet) to visit the markets. Anonymous room with little attention to detail. Not even a small mini fridge. Walls with marks (just a light coat of paint is enough) and bathroom with acrid smell (we had to let the bathroom fan go for a while). Cold room. Underground parking with extra charge but not worth it. It's a renovated garage. More than 2 cars won't fit. Breakfast with supplement but sad. A small room. Starting time 7.30 we went 1 hour later and there was already nothing left. Two BRIOCHES crossed. Almost nothing about bread. Empty juices. In short, if you have to have an essential breakfast, at least pay more attention to it. Check out what a surprise! I made a reservation on the site so I had the email with the total and all the details. They gave me an absurd price, 200+ euros for two for one night. "no words". Then the error was clarified but still too expensive for the services and the standard of the hotel. The only positive note is the location in the centre. Sin.

The hotel is suitable for a maximum of 3 nights. Small rooms for small people on a small budget. You need a shoehorn for the garage unless you're coming with a Vespa. Breakfast can be skipped. The positive thing is the proximity to the city! The rooms have been renovated, but the drains sometimes smell, but at least we slept very comfortably and well despite the thin walls in the rooms.

It is a 1 and a half star hotel, good only because it is close to the center and well connected by public transport. Check in at 4pm, it was not possible to enter before, not even to leave the luggage, no possibility of free parking as a customer, you pay 15 euros per day (absurd) in their car park or you make do outside in the public car parks, breakfast is at payment, if you booked through Tripadviso, Booking or others, it costs 15 euros per person, if you booked directly with them 10 euros, no restaurant and no agreement with anyone, very, very poor cleaning in the room and bathroom, bathroom without bidet, after every need you are forced to undress to take a shower even if you have to manage. Temperature regulation in the room broken or non-existent, alternating between cold during the day and very hot at night. Staff at the reception very unprepared and incompetent, for every information requested, the answer was aspects that I look at on the internet, so I'm good too. On the 2nd day I already wanted to leave and look for another hotel, but when I asked for a refund for the missing days of stay, the answer was, having booked through social media you are not entitled to a refund and so I was forced to stay until the end of the living room. Even if I return to Bolzano because it is a city that deserves, the Asrerix hotel will never see me again.
