Before i did reservation on this hotel i saw some bad reviews on tripadvisor but what i did I ignored i went to see the reviews on ***********. Some reviews were no sense, like insects on balcony on window looool that is totally normal the hotel has big garden around of building so it is normal, for example in my room i saw spider beside window which is normal if hotel as big garden around! The hotel yah is old style about decoration but is clean and organized. My opinion should keep the style in that way it is what make the difference. About hospitility for us everything was alright and nice and cleaning room service was good also! We didnt had chance to try the swimming pool (short staying our trip) but what we saw from outside it seems very nice. The idea of apples from garden of hotel as welcome seems very good idea and heathy! The apple looked very and tasty!

Very nice hotel.clean nice pool& gym very good service nice breakfast. We got a big room facing the pool very nice & comfortable room. Free parking but the hotel is a bit far from old city we took a bus it was very good. We recommend this hotel very much. Good value.

This is a "parkhotel" with reception that is supposed to be opened 7-22 (not clearly advertised before booking) This was limiting enough itself, however the reception was not occupied even after 7am as there was only one lady (very poor English) taking care of the breakfast and the reception. No chance to ask for taxi for 20min after 7am. I ended up knocking several doors and find out the lady was having a chat with other lady at the back. No chance to get an invoice. They took money from my pre-authorization card, not asking for any payment and refused to give me invoice as the system was showing it was already issued (was not). I gave them my email address as she promised to send it - have not received anything.
Breakfast is only cold, no eggs, no kitchen in the hotel. This was a 155,- EUR/night stay in November 2021.

A flashback to the past, furnishings and bathrooms in rooms in pure 70s/80s style + lots of greenery around + convenient parking - the staff doesn't say hello, doesn't say good morning, neither at the reception nor the maids on the floors and not even goodbye when you check out - I had a room on the 3rd floor, 2 days out of 2 broken elevator - breakfast to be greatly improved. The only pleasant note is the young lady who serves breakfast, very kind, smiling and remembers what you order already on the second day - the nearby airport prevents you from sleeping with the windows open, a shame as it is surrounded by greenery Certainly in this case For the decoration less is more For breakfast more is more

Category hotel well positioned for the fair, large spaces and well-furnished rooms, it's a shame that the cleanliness of the bathroom left something to be desired and that the breakfast buffet was very poor. With last minute booking and discounted price it is also acceptable, but if paid at full price it is better to go elsewhere.

Lovely spacious room with brand new modern bathroom. Located somewhat from the center. Arrived a little late but unfortunately not possible to eat at the hotel. Not easy to find a place to eat nearby. Very friendly staff at the reception

Customer service is completely lacking. Following a reservation, I was forced to cancel my trip two days after a reservation on booking. I then ask the establishment for a refund of part of the reservation to make the room available. The hotel had 2 and a half months to find another client and could have offered me a refund on one part (even 5% which would have represented 100€ out of more than 400€ thrown into the wind). At this price, it is indecent not to have consideration for their customers!!

Good strategic hotel for business travelers. Spacious and well-organized rooms, very clean. High sleep quality. Good and stable TV signal. Wifi signal clearly needs improvement: stable but really not very powerful. Very kind and helpful staff. Good and varied breakfast. I'll be back
