So...This was a fabulous getaway for me and my daughter. The hotel had bikes available for use that we used to see some of the countryside and the staff made fabulous suggestions for hiking one afternoon. The food, the staff, the accommodations - everything - was fabulous. I hope to return!!

I put a star because I can't put 0, if not, I would put it. I want to start by saying that this hotel is getting worse and worse, after they changed companies from Serras to Biosca things are getting worse and worse. To begin with, the hotel chef, a 0, very rude, the food not at all good, there are no typical dishes from here, the cerdanya, the treatment is disastrous. The hotel service even worse. I'm never going again. Very pretty on the outside, but inside like the house of terror. I don't recommend it👍

A hotel to which you will 100% return! I have felt at home! The gardens and decoration are incredible! I was fascinated by the Blanca restaurant, where I tried wonderful Catalan dishes. A stay I will remember!

We spent a night in this spectacular place in a wonderful bucolic setting! The spacious, comfortable room with all the amenities! Exquisite breakfast with a lot of variety! We also tried the tasting menu! We were pleasantly surprised, everything was delicious! Quality km 0 products, made with great taste! The staff were attentive and helpful! The director, Sebastien, very friendly, always with a smile, is a great professional at customer service!!! We will repeat for sure! 💯 recommendable!!!!

It is the second time we have gone to this Hotel, taking advantage of the fact that prices have dropped. Many pretensions but a real disaster. The rooms are correct although they are dirty and cold. The restaurant food is inedible. They charge you like a Michelin star and the food is very basic, poorly presented, without any grace, scarce and cold. It has a small bar, but you can't order anything since there are no waiters. We don't know what has happened but it has changed a lot, for the worse since we were last there. We will not return again.

The Serras Torre del Remei hotel proves to be truly exceptional. The property is located in the middle of a carefully maintained garden, surrounded by tranquility and silence, and is located a short distance from Bolvir. The room was very welcoming, the window which illuminated the room well looked directly onto the garden. A further touch of comfort was given by the beds, exceptionally welcoming and relaxing, which contributed to making the stay a truly pleasant and restful experience. The catering is of the highest level. We were welcomed and seated without waiting and the service in the room was nothing short of excellent. A special thanks to Rocio and Alexia, who with their smile accompanied us during breakfast, making every morning a special start. Their kindness and attention to detail made breakfast a moment of authentic joy. Overall, Serras Torre del Remei significantly exceeded our expectations: its design, cleanliness, staff and above all the quality of the food on offer proved to be extraordinary. Furthermore, during our stay we had the pleasure of enjoying a candlelit concert right in the hotel garden! We will definitely be back!
