Hotel Xalet del Golf

Fatal but very bad! Pay €266 for a golf suite with breakfast (which you then look at the website and it shows up as a single double room with the same image of the room), with a loft that you don't know if any bugs will come out or not, without having all the products that give as detail in the bathroom, and the broken air conditioning seems degrading to me for a 4-star hotel. We asked for our money back and we went to another place at 7 p.m. in the afternoon, exhausted. We neither recommend it nor will we return

The location is ideal for golf players. The course is very beautiful with excellent maintenance. The rooms are clean; The other services (reception is not busy) were not up to par. Unfortunately, a group of young people stayed there, who were in sports training and caused a certain commotion, therefore it cannot be called a “Silense Resort”. The price per night € 240,— is not justified.

Excellent setting with views of the golf course, good menu at a price of €25!!! Very nice service. The magnificent trinxat and the delicious mountain rice. Good wine list and a great cheesecake. Looking forward to returning!!!

The place is magical with its view of a beautiful mountain circus and the approach to a very pretty and quite demanding golf course. Quality cuisine, welcoming staff. The room was decent with a nice terrace. We will come back without hesitation.

Henos venido a pasar unos días en familia con mi hija de tres años y un bebé de 11 meses. Escogimos este hotel ya que dispone de habitaciones familiares y cunas con lo que nos pareció sería una buena opciones para ir con niños y bebés, pero no lo es en absoluto. La ubicación del hotel es única en medio del golf de la Cerdaña. Las habitaciones son muy justas pero lo que deja mucho que desear es el servicio y el restaurante. Desde el primera día nos pusieron muchas complicaciones para poder atendernos en comidas y cenas ya que no tienen room service y tuvimos que comer y cenar en el restaurante. La primera noche mis hijos tuvieron que cenar en el bar en medio de gente que estaba haciendo copas ya nos dijeron que por unos fingers de pollo y pescado no podíamos cenar en el restaurante. El desayuno mejor no comentarlo ya que tienen cero ganas de atenderte, entonces, no se porque hay un servicio a la carta. Y ya la traca final fue cuando nos disponíamos a ir a comer con los niños y nos dijeron que no nos podían atender ya que estaban llenos y que podíamos ir algún restaurante cerca o sino, como favor, nos hacían hacer un bocadillo a mi bebé de11 meses y mi hija de 3 años. ( todo siempre con malas formas y haciéndonos un favor. Cuando estábamos toda la familia hospedada en el hotel utilizando 4 habitaciones durante varios días ) Tuvimos que irnos a comer a casa de unos amigos ya que mis hijo estaban hambrientos. Decidimos acortar la estancia e irnos a Barcelona a nuestras casa ya que estábamos muy incómodos y nos sentimos muy mal tratados, y encima cuando viajas con bebé y niños. Sin lugar a duda, no volveremos ni lo recomendaremos. Una pena pues el lugar y el entorno es idilico.

El hotel no se corresponde con un 4 estrellas, si la habitación que te asignan es del edificio adjunto. El entorno, la amabilidad del personal y el desayuno fabulosos Lástima de la mala ubicación, de no ser por eso tedria un excelente. Volveria pero asegurandome la estancia en el edificio principal.
