5.1過來的，下雨但也沒有破壞心情。本來定的帳篷房，酒店工作人員怕我們體驗一般，建議我們選擇名宿入住，比市場價便宜了點讓我們住了山景房。生態園裡麪的小動物特別好，都可以讓你親密接觸。整個生態園給我的感覺就是可以讓小朋友親近大自然，所以體驗很棒。如果天氣好，下次可以試試帳篷房，還可以自己帶烤肉來吃。帳篷房前面都是一片大草地，可以讓娃奔跑。

1,酒店房間和網頁介紹嚴重不符，根本就是2個完全不一樣的裝修，如圖，更別説頁面介紹的陽台和園景了，欺騙誤導消費者。
2，晚上9點準備開始沖涼，發現衹有超級燙的熱水無法正常使用，沒有冷水可以調節（隔壁房間也是），催促很久酒店才派人檢修確定是壞了，來了一個服務員態度很差沒有任何道歉，讓我們一家去另外一棟洗澡，被我們拒絕後直接説那你們就等吧，等了一個多小時10點多孩子們要睡覺了還沒修好，而且出水都是黃色的，嚴重影響！都有以下圖片留底。
3，入住時説5月1號到4號贈送一個後果，到現場説衹能入住的2號才有，那也接受吧，可是2號晚上我們按時間到指定地點，沒有任何活動！（天氣情況正常）
在攜程上訂了十幾年的房間，第一次碰到這麼差的酒店，當天房費1600多元，還不如其他200元的酒店，超級差！已經在走攜程投訴流程。

清明假期，做了很多攻略才選擇的。結果太讓人失望了，半個小時拿房卡，速度太慢了。房間並不大，也沒有電視。
房間隔音效果很差，有小孩晚上睡覺，走廊有人講話都能聽到的，住的一樓，樓上有人洗澡和沖水聲也能聽到。
最差的是早餐，九點鐘去，已經沒有什麼東西了，自助的，啥也沒有。和服務員説了之後，上了一盤冷的燒賣和流沙包，這店員服務態度真是無語，冷的怎麼吃。
整體太對不起這價位了

總體來説中中等等吧，餐飲太貴了，中午吃了一條最普通的魚都190元了，訂的山景雙床跟給出的圖不一樣的，沒有浴缸的，浴缸位置是一張茶台，沒有陽台沒有電視。環境算乾淨，不過我一個晚上都在做惡夢睡得不好。酒店的服務意識沒有很跟得上，雖然入住有臨時工帶着去房間，可是前台的小姐姐入住沒有告訴我們停車掃碼的問題，搞到我中途出去吃晚飯開車出去要在停車場和前台跑來跑去。第二天退房我特意又留意了一次，也是沒有問我有沒有開車用不用掃碼的，如果我懵一點又要再跑一次了。還有早餐，真是跟不送沒什麼區別，種類不知道有沒有10種，可能最好吃的就是水煮蛋了。生態園很多動物，還有免費的大馬戲，這兩個是我最滿意的地方了。

定的是輕奢帳篷，孩子們覺得很新鮮，提醒下訂房的小夥伴，夜晚露重，洗澡在公共浴房，最好太陽下山前完成。主要是住在浮生六季裏面，感覺非常好！孩子可以在裏面玩一整天都不累，各種動物親密接觸，園區細節滿滿，防護措施做得也很充分！花海開得非常燦爛，層次感好，拍照很出片

總體很滿意，一定會推薦給朋友來。訂的是山景房，樓下就是餐廳，下樓直接到動物園和植物園，無限次進出太方便了。房間夠大，設備非常好，電動窗簾馬桶，大浴缸，水壓足夠大，配備跟五星級酒店一樣了。因為是過年去的，晚上8點半直接在陽台欣賞10分鐘大型煙花，早上拉開窗簾就能看到羅浮山，充滿氧氣的感覺，晚上欣賞滿天星，雖然房費有點貴，但都值回了。景區酒店過年服務人員也非常多，做足了準備的感覺，體驗很好。

酒店的飯菜非常可口，早餐乾淨衞生味道好晚餐的燒雞味道可口，價格合理，服務員的周到服務讓人倍感温馨。

講真民宿能做到這樣乾淨整潔同時服務有很温馨，的確很不容易。而且看了歷史介紹，是在原閑置住房的基礎上因地制宜改建的，就更為難得。房間打掃很乾凈，山景房直接能看到羅浮山。配套有一個生態農場，孩子喂喂動物劃劃船，玩得很開心。如果交通能更方便一些就更完美了。
