This wasn't first choice since this is further from entrance to mountain, but that hotel did not accept Foreigners, surprising since they use the name same as a big 5 star hotel chain. But Kebinley accepted my with not problems, very smooth. Location is next to a "Farm" style restaurant, which had good food, even outdoor singer at small patio bar. Breakfast was good, mix of Chinese and western. I'd recommend to others going to Luofu Shan.

大堂乾淨整潔，擺放比較簡易，前台辦理入住很快，沒有讓入住的旅客等待太長時間。意向不到的是，大概中午2點前台小哥送上入住水果果盤，這個服務五星酒店都比較少有（額太餓了 沒拍果盤）然後第二天早上（因疫情沒有開放自助餐）選擇了送餐上門也是挺不錯的服務。
缺點：交通不便，比較偏

去朋友家做客路過這邊就臨時決定住一晚 我跟朋友一人訂了一間看泳池跟山景，可能是因為工作日的原因泳池人不多 獨享的感覺也不錯 工作人員可能看到我們去游泳沒有帶浴袍下來怕我們冷就給我們送了過來 很棒 退房的時候漏了東西 前台人員知道後沖過來攔住我們哈哈哈太可愛了 男朋友説五星好評

酒店房間可以看到清水湖農莊，風景不錯。入住送了小禮物。泳池是酒店的亮點，水很清，下午去玩不會有太陽曬。我們同行有兩間房入住兩天，其中一間衹做了一天的房卡，大熱天到了六樓（走廊沒有空調，房間在接近走廊盡頭）又要回到大堂續房卡，前台服務員連句抱歉也沒有，真影響心情💢……

災難級住宿體驗！
5線鄉下地方，0星質素，2線地區5星價錢，根本是住宅變所謂酒店，錢我願意付，但。。。。。
1.廁所:未見過這麼小的！
2.熱水:不熱！
3.水壓:小得可憐！
4.廁紙:你收人家500多一晚，廁紙衹得平常1/3一卷，還要用幾十年前那種草紙般的硬紙，大方一點好不？廁紙很貴？
5.地點:超偏，可説是沒**/得一家華x士，附近晚上街燈也沒有！開車像玩大冒險！無電話訊號-聯通，開車吃飯的地方一大條爛路，隨時爆呔！
6.環境:出面7點就用機器挖路！對出是泳池，一早就一大班人游泳，吵死！幸好少人入住，房間隔音極差，走廊的人説話不算大聲也能清楚聽到
7.房內上層插頭全不能用！晚上1點才發現，為免麻煩員工更不想麻煩自己，懶得轉房！我要用呼吸機睡覺，無電無得用！手機衹可以在下層充電。。。
8.床:一般，睡5分鐘左右身癢，那張被才是問題，太重太厚了，在0-5度用就差不多！
9.500多元酒店，冰箱也沒一個。。。
10.電視:沒有廣電網絡，看不了直播-不排除我不懂得操作，但我住廣東的！
總結:這麼偏遠5線地區，你收500多元是過份高，最多值$200，深圳福田八卦嶺跟你這種一樣上下層的衹要$230比你好幾萬倍！！第一次未離開酒店已寫定這東東！

酒店很乾凈，服務是非常非常的好，孩子玩的不想回家，空氣很新鮮，開門見山，住了五天，爬了兩天的山。美中不足就是早餐太簡單，洗澡水有些小。在這裏點名表揚蘇經理專業，熱情，真誠的服務！

酒店周圍環境綠水青山，空氣清新，自然條件很不錯，對面的清水湖農莊有個很美的小院（後面幾張圖），為此行加分不少。酒店房間裏面很新，裝修有檔次，但是衞生細節不到位，陽台地面臟，我們住的親子房有一個給小朋友的塑料浴缸，裏面有頭髮，淋浴間很寬敞但是有一點異味，最需要吐槽的是酒店的早餐太糟糕，這是我住過這麼多同等價位酒店最惡劣的一次，種類少都算了，品質還差，全是預製菜，豆漿也是豆漿粉沖的，孩子唯一看中的薯條跟生的一樣，好難吃，就餐環境也不好，看那張餐桌，真的跟農家樂一樣，清明假期客人多，吃點東西靠搶，真是太掉檔了，如果想做出口碑，早餐真的要好好整改，還有酒店大堂的衞生也不行，給人第一印象不好。
