碰巧來到羅陽這邊出差，我猜這個酒店應該是打了一個擦邊球，這個麗風和那個麗風的不一樣，我印象中的麗風應該會精緻一點的吧，但是才百來塊還要什麼自行車，衹是不知道在羅陽這邊的性價比高還是低了。

酒店整體都好破舊，床單像這種破洞都很常見，而且設施都很舊，衞生環境一般般！廁所有一股反臭的味道！不是想象中麗楓的等級。

入住品牌連鎖酒店最差的一個酒店，絕對沒有之一。酒店明顯覺得國慶期間訂單價格較低，直接給了維修房入住。辦理入住時根本沒有告知房間內設備設施問題。連最基本的電視都無法看，親子出行來酒店就真的是睡覺洗澡？前台就衹是告知沒房可以換了，沒有任何平移酒店的補救措施，連基本關懷服務都沒有。非常糟心的一次入住體驗。對於投訴，酒店就衹是退訂單處理，
基於酒店這個處理態度衹能12315了。
虛假宣傳賠償的法律規定主要體現在《中華人民共和國消費者權益保護法》中。根據第五十五條：
1.經營者提供商品或者服務有欺詐行為的，應按消費者要求增加賠償其受到的損失，增加賠償的金額為消費者購買商品的價款或者接受服務的費用的三倍；增加賠償的金額不足五百元的，為五百元。
這一規定明確了虛假宣傳行為屬於欺詐行為，並規定了相應的賠償標準。
2.該法還規定了經營者提供商品或者服務造成消費者財產損害時應承擔的其他民事責任，如修理、重作、更換、退貨、補足商品數量、退還貨款和服務費用等。
這些規定共同構成了對消費者因虛假宣傳而遭受損失的法律保護體系。
在攜程上提供的房間設備設施是正常齊全的，維修狀態無法正常入住的，請貴酒店別再拿出來害人了。完全影響度假心情，牆是發黴的，牆紙是脱離的，插電面板是快脱落的，你家酒店非常棒👍🏻棒👍🏻，處理投訴解決投訴的態度是極其惡劣，對於酒店服務業來説就是一個污點式的存在。如果這是惠州市博羅縣的特色，那當我們這些星斗市民投訴舉報沒有任何作用吧，
