Xi'an Hotel (Huizhou Shiwan Branch)

It's very good. The staff are very warm and polite. The facilities are very complete. I will stay here again next time I have the chance. I stayed in three hotels during my four-day trip to Huizhou. This is the one with the best attitude.

Offline stores are relatively high. There are no parking spaces around the bars until early in the morning. The newly renovated rooms are okay but the soundproofing is poor. The noise from the xx next door made me unbearable all night. 🤦♀️ I want to vomit whether the service is good or not. I don’t know because I didn’t feel any service when I checked in. When I checked out the next day, there was a female manager sitting outside the front desk with her legs crossed. There should be no so-called service at all.

這家酒店真是讓人驚喜,環境優雅,服務周到，讓人賓至如歸。無論是硬件設施還是軟件服務都堪稱一-流。房間佈置得也很有格調。酒店的工作人員都很專業、友善，讓我在這裏度過了一段美好的時光。毫不猶豫地給五星好評！

服務態度很好很熱情，工作人員都不錯，還能有花茶，前台大廳有淡淡的香味，不會讓人聞着不舒適，房間隔音很不錯，一點也不吵，整個晚上睡得很舒服，設施都很齊全，衞生也和乾淨、腦闊大廳和走廊，環境也可以，是我喜歡的那種

衞生很乾凈！裝修也真的很好，很温馨！很符合我的審美！住進去心情都變得很好，很有格調，就像在家裡一樣。住的很舒服，被子超級柔軟，窗簾也是百分百遮光簾。前台小姐姐人超好，很温柔很親近的感覺，入住體驗感很棒，如果下次還來惠州是我一定還會住的地方。

環境不錯，乾淨 服務態度也很好，隔音效果不錯，下次還會選擇這！
