Travelled with mom. I couldn't tell much about it as I had late checked in. They didn't provide toothbrush kit and no shower cap too. My mom preffered budget hotel instead due to shower cap provided. We had dinner in hotel arranged by tour company.

Pleasant room. Reasonable facilities. Staff not up to the usual Hilton Standard, primarily in the restaurant area. Reception pleasant enough. Breakfast limiting for western traveler’s. Not really our preferred fair. Location ok for breaking the journey to further regions

My stay at this cozy hotel was so comfortable and nice.. we were welcomed by the front desk man Mr.Uğür who was very friendly and polite and gave us very good rooms in no time .. in my opinion that was very professional indeed .. he even offered us free coffee and tea .. very generous of him.. the rooms were clean and the bathroom was clean and it really met my expectations..the breakfast was widely variable of turkish and international cuisine.. thank you guys for your hospitality.. only thing is that it was overpriced in my opinion..

Clean, modern, comfortable. Possibly doesn’t have all the amenities to get 5 stars but excellent for an overnight stay. Decent buffet at breakfast. Staff slightly slow at responding to requests but were very helpful in the end. Would recommend for a one night stay.

Visited hotel on first night of travel through bolu, the hotel seemed to be a splendid surprise from the outside given the Hilton endorsement but fell flat with no bellboys to pick up the bags, neither any welcoming staff at the front and a barren feel to the hotel with an abysmal gym and mediocre dinner. The rooms were cramped and the breakfast was decent. Overall not too shabby but just poor to carry the Hilton endorsement
