The staff were friendly, the bell captain was helpful, the hotel is clean, the room was spacious, the bed was very soft and uncomfortable, the pillows were of very bad quality, the toilet was spacious and good, the room next to us was noisy, we could hear people talking loudly at night, the staff in breakfast hall were not friendly and never helped or asked if we need help, the food variety were limited, this hotel could be much better.

Very nice hotel and spacious room with balcony. The bed is so comfort too with one restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also they have spa too to relax your mind and body. Next to the hotel there is a gas station called Total Energies which has mini market so you can buy snack, beverages or others

Hyper bon séjour le personnel est au top les chambres au top aussi. La bouffe est excellente particulièrement les viennoiseries et les desserts yum-yum. L isolation sonore est bonne et l'emplacement est au calme "dans une bulle..." Le volet SPA est un petit paradis. Masseuses pro Salle de sport hyper bien équipée Jacuzzi piscine hammam hyper propre. Je recommande ....

Bolu'da karpalas hotelde jakuzili oda için rezervasyon yaptırdım. Görüntüsü iyi olmasına rağmen beş para etmez yol pansiyonları kalitesinde bir yermiş meğer. Kalacağım odada jakuziye su doldurdum, fakat bellimi borularda bir sorun varmış. Jakuzinin tüm suyu halıfleks kapli zemine boşaldı!!. Resepsiyonu arayıp konuyu anlattım fakat hiç bir görevli gelmedi. Resepsiyon sanki konu çok normal bir şeymiş gibi davrandı. Oda içinde kalınır durumda olmadığı halde bir yetkili çıkıp da odanın kapısına dahi gelmedi.. ikinci defa aradığımda ise otelde başka olmadığı söyledi. Fahiş fiyatlarla kaldığım bu otelde israrla çözüm bulmaları gerektiğini belirtmeme rağmen çözüm odaklı yaklaşılmadı. Bu seviyede bir otelden personel kalitesi bekliyor insan.. en sonunda telafi etmeleri konusunda israrim sonucu alt seviye bir oda verdiler. Jakuzili oda için verdiğim para boşa gitti, Hiçbir şekilde telafi edilmedi.. verdiğim paranın iadesini talep ediyorum. Bir kuruşunu bile haketmiyorlar.. gerçekten rezalet.. otel ne hizmet kalitesi ne oda kalitesi hiçbir yönden iyi yorumu haketmiyor.
