Rooms are not clean, small and suffocating, window ac is created noise all time, toilet not clean, bed sheet also not clean

The hotel is situated almost 10 km away from bolpur station which was not mentioned at the time of booking. But we were shocked when we entered the room. The rooms were so clumsy, not regularly cleaned. Televisions were out of order, other than typical very good quality bengali cuisine with reasonable price, overall experience is very poor. Out of 5 i will give 2 for this property. Thank you all.

There is a huge hygienic issues. Street dogs are roaming into entire property. I witness myself that they are directly eating from the dishes where food was left over by the guest. Tv is not working alongside geyser. It is located far away from town where no phone network is working
