"Worst manager ever “ mi hai rotto i coglioni” the answer to my question if we can have an iron at our room. … receptionist very professional good people, the manage just terrible at communicating and very impolite.
Definitely would go again there but absolutely would never talk to that manager again as he seems doesn’t appreciate the clients."

"It actually operates like a hotel, without cooking, but it is clean and tidy, with a coffee machine and breakfast rolls (order a bread and coffee in the cafe downstairs). We found the place easily with the map. Fortunately, I met a resident at the door who taught me how to go upstairs! Look for the doorbell of B&an Chez Moi Lame 57 at the door and ring it, and then follow the instructions to elevator B to get up!
The location is very convenient in the city center!"

"#Praise# Satisfied with the sound insulation of nearby activities, nearby restaurants, corridors; #Negative reviews#Disappointed with sound insulation; I chose a large house, although there are windows, I can't see anything, because there are only two floors, and I can understand without an elevator. "The location is great because one shopping center is at opposite side and it is close to fair center. The most useful is the hotel has free shuttle bus for guests to fair center in the morning and afternoon, this service is very convenient and sweet.

"It was a bit unsmooth when I checked in, the overall was very good, the location was good, the room was large, the large terrace had a surf bathtub, and the bathroom had a massage shower head.
The kitchen facilities are very complete and you can cook by yourself. Luggage can be stored."

But here registration for the city tax is tiring, even if the recognition of the passport data would work, and then it takes an hour to the family, in the road it tends to"

Nnrgpup7The hostel was very clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. It was quiet enough in the room for a daytime nap after a long trip, slept well at night. The place has personality and generous seating for guests (don't forget the 1st floor lounge!), location is very good - groceries, multiple bars and bus station are reached within minutes. This particular location had only recently opened when I stayed, so you could tell the crew was working out some kinks in the system, but nothing serious enough to complain about. Only things worth mentioning are the solitary washing machine (practice your rock-paper-scissors!), and super narrow shower (fairly normal in EU, but beware nonetheless). There is a wonderful, full service laundromat near the piazza, however, and a couple other locations within 5 min walking distance. Did not get to chance to try the food and drink at the bar but everything looked good. Would book again if I needed to stay near central Bologna again!

MMaria VeronikaI just spent like a week at the Social Hub in Bologna and for sure can recommend it.
For me, preferably walking the cities I visit, the Social Hub is situated at a perfect location. Just behind the train station, and really a stone throw away from the old town. I would vary my walks to the center, like first going to the University of Bologna, etc. From the Social Hub you can really reach anything on foot.
The hotel itself is very welcoming, friendly, and has a very creative, entrepreneurial vibe.
The room is just the perfect, and all is there what is usually needed.
The public areas, including the pool, are very inviting to spend some time at, either to swim, have a coffee, or a chat with a fellow customer.
All in all, kudos to the team from the Social Hun for their friendly and professional manner they manage it all! I’ll be back 😉

GGuest UserThe hostel provides you with the bare necessities, such as a comfortable bed, a spacious room and locker including a lock, and a small bedlight and socket.
Unfortunately, that is also literally it and nothing more. There are no curtains for the beds. The bathroom is super weirdly laid out; there is a bathroom with shower, the only toilet and a sink behind a door; then in front of that, there is another sink and a shower. WITH NO DOOR. Making this shower literally unusable. There are two light switches in the bathroom, one that turns on the light in the back bathroom (behind the door) AND a light for the front sink. This means that, if people are sleeping in the bed next to the bathroom, there is literally light shining directly on their face and all the sounds. A problem easily solved by adding a door and curtains on the beds.
The bathrooms didn’t have hand soap (they were empty) or any shower amenities (no shower gel). You have to pay if you want a towel, and you also have to make your own bed.
There is also a lot of noise from the neighbours, what seems like a student accommodation.
At this kind of price range, the level of amenities is terribly disappointing and could be easily solved. I have stayed in hostels all over the world and sadly this one was just one of two options in Bologna, so not much choice. There are really a lot of simple improvements possible that would have made it worth it, but I really cannot say this is value for money at all.
