#負評#對防治蚊蟲措施，梳洗用品，性價比，床品舒適度，安全性失望；和国内一晚上60元的差不多，太差太差了！完全打破了我对意大利的印象，除了一张海绵垫子的床。可以说啥也没有，住5天一个服务的没见，一次卫生没打扫，没有洗漱。就连被罩都没有。关键是他不是酒店，连公寓都不算。还和酒店价格一样。怎么来的好评……

In effetti è un affittacamere e non un B & B. Pulito, funzionale, bagni nuovi e finestrati, ma i materassi su cui abbiamo dormito... morbidissimi, da cambiare. Difficile trovare parcheggio nei dintorni. Che comunque si tratta di parcheggio a pagamento.

Mi sono recata a Bologna ed ho soggiornato per un paio di notti, purtoppo non è un beb, ma un affittacamere, senza alcun servizio, c'è solo il frigorifero ed in bollitore in una saletta comune. Non è stata rifatta la stanza. Peccato perché la struttura è nuova, le camere sono piacevoli. Non dovrebbe essere messo nella categoria dei beb.

Ho soggiornato in questo bnb per una notte per questioni lavorative. Ho prenotato un giorno prima dell'arrivo. Le signore si sono dimostrate molto gentili al telefono. C'è possibilità di fare il self check-in. La stanza era molto comoda, con aria condizionata. Unica pecca: il rumore che si sente ogni volta che qualcuno apre la porta dell'appartamento, e quello che purtroppo proviene dalla strada.

El sitio está impecable y bien comunicado en autobús. El problema es que por casi 100€ de noche los servicios son regulares. El WiFi no llega, es imposible y peor el agua caliente de los 2 días que estuvimos funcionó solo para la ducha de 1 de nosotros del 1 día, deberían compensar por estas cosas la verdad. También fué una sorpresa tener que pagar las tasas al llegar ya que en la web donde reservamos decían que estaban incluidas en el precio pero no es así... luego hemos comprado que lo dice en italiano pero no en su traducción en inglés, ¿qué lógica tiene? No te hacen la habitación y no digáis que es porque es un b&b porque tampoco hay desayuno 😄
