Perfectly located, comfortable, clean and definitely worth the cost. The room had a coffee machine, a refrigerator and a nice big bathroom. It was snug but there was enough space for the 2 of us. Despite the name, breakfast is not included, but there’s a grocery store on the ground floor of the building. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

We spent 3 nights in this lovely B&B. Great location. Clear and precise explanations in French via Wattsapp. Breakfast is taken in a pastry shop around the corner. Everything was perfect. Be careful with the ZTL if you are driving and without permission.

This is not a hotel. It is an apartment located on the upper floor of an apartment building in the center of the city. The stairs have a very bad smell. We were cold at night because we arrived on the weekend and we never saw a person at the reception. The room is much smaller than what can be seen in the photos. For breakfast they give you a $5 euro voucher and you have to walk a couple of blocks to a nearby cafeteria to apply it. We had rain so that was quite uncomfortable. The street outside the building is generally dirty, I guess it's that area. Bad experience overall.

We stayed two nights in this delightful property! Spotlessly clean room, wonderful welcome, always available and smiling. The location was also excellent, we were practically in the centre! For breakfast we had vouchers worth €5 each for each morning to be consumed in a pastry bar with very good pastries and a lot of assortment, a few steps from the b&b. Thank you.

Very welcoming room, recently renovated, very clean. Very comfortable king-size bed. Classy details in the bathroom, including the very spacious shower, and the scented bubble baths. I overlook the red roofs of Bologna. The B&B is very central, a five minute walk from Piazza Maggiore, the owner is kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!
