Well located, not far from centre & quiet. Good sized comfortable modern room with modern bathroom. Shower head could be improved. Secure wifi & very good tv options including English channels. Very good breakfast with quality produce. Uberto is the consummate host. Arranged restaurant bookings for us well in advance & provided plenty of information.

The owner, Uberto, takes the most amazing care of his guests. He is charming, his English is excellent and his breakfasts are 5-star. He accommodates guests' special needs and is a very helpful guide to Bologna. He takes great pride in the cleanliness and presentation of his hotel and truly is the most gracious host.

Very central. Plain room, twin beds (the small narrow ones), tea making, Uberto was very helpful, carried our bags up the 30 stairs. We couldn’t have done it! Two night stay. Uberto rang for a taxi for us to the station. Beautiful city for exploring food shops, do it yourself, all close by.

We were for 3 nights in ths B&B and enjoyed our stay at this place very much. It is only a 15 minute walk to the historical center. The owner was very friendly and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The location is very good and quiet, everything in the room was fine.

La posizione è buona e il titolare gentilissimo. Il resto un po’ così così. Stanze semplicissime, pulizia buona ma non ottima (presenza di qualche capello vicino il letto). Niente piumone sul letto, ma solo coperte stile quelle militari, fredde e davvero poco carine a vedersi, oltre al fatto che non credo vengano lavate quotidianamente dunque usate da più persone. Se ci fosse stato un piumone con copri piumone sarebbe bastato lavare quello ogni giorno. Colazione scarsa, cornetti e biscotti contati per ogni singolo ospite. C’è la scelta di yogurt e frutta varia ma comunque massimo un pezzo ad ospite. 2 marmellate e 2 nutelline su ogni tavolo, dunque per un totale di 2 ospiti. Non sono indicati gli allergeni. Infine palazzo senza ascensore e senza nessuno che venga a dare una mano con le valigie. Non è male, ma c’è sicuramente di meglio.

Acabamos de estar en Mua B&B y sólo puedo recomendarlo. Está situado en el centro, se puede ir andando a todos los puntos de interés de la ciudad. El B&B está una planta totalmente reformada de un edificio antiguo con un ambiente minimalista y moderno. La limpieza es excelente y todo funciona, wifi, calefacción, Sky TV, ... La habitación es grande, con mini frigorífico, tetera, caja fuerte, artículos de higiene personal, secador...podría ser de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Uberto el responsable es muy amable y educado, nos marcó en un mapa de la ciudad lo que nos podría interesar, ha sido cercano, encantador pero sin asfixiar. También nos ha preparado el desayuno que es muy completo y con productos realmente de calidad, zumo exprimido al momento, café y tostadas recién hechas, embutidos de la zona, quesos, huevos cocidos que todavía estaban templados... Por este precio no es normal recibir tanto.

Struttura moderna, bella ed elegante .Pulizia al top, molto accogliente e centrale. La colazione è a pagamento, ma nelle vicinanze ci sono tra i migliori bar della zona. La gentilezza e la cortesia di Uberto sono encomiabili.Consigliato

La struttura è davvero in una posizione centrale ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla ed è ottima per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Le stanze sono pulite e curate, dotate di tutti i comfort e soprattutto spaziose. La cosa migliore è la gentilezza e la simpatia de Sig. Uberto. Se torneremo a Bologna, torneremo qui
