Good location in Bologna with pleasant and efficient reception staff. Within walking distance of the city centre and Bologna Centrale train station. Breakfast staff not very friendly, although the light breakfast is free with a croissant and a tea/coffee. Overall good.

The room was really clean and comfortable, The hotel is ideally situated close to all the sights and sounds of the city plus the railway station. The hotel reception were really nice in helping us find locations in the city. The morning breakfast buffet they had before COVID was of course stopped, but they still offer appropriate breakfast refreshments every morning from 7 am to 9.30 am. At the time of writing, face masks are still required in taxis and public transport.

The property is located in the central area, a 10-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore. The staff is courteous and the breakfast is basic but good. The rooms are also basic, but very clean. What personally annoyed me is that there is no soundproofing and if you have the misfortune of having disrespectful neighbors in your room, you risk being woken up or annoyed by loud voices. I was supposed to stay in Marconi 22 rooms, but I couldn't reach anyone and there was no one there. My flight was delayed and the trains into the city were not running, so due to circumstances I ended up here at my own expense! Marconi 22 had canceled the entire 6 days even though I had paid everything and I was allowed to sort it out! Money gone and no place to sleep! The room was immediately booked the next day by other guests...so Marconi 22 is well on its way to scamming! Now about Hotel San Felice…..only praise, nice clean rooms, super friendly helpful staff and a breakfast in the bargain ❤️ You turned my nightmare into a beautiful dream upon arrival! Really so grateful! I can recommend this hotel to everyone, all facilities are available and the sights are very close by.
