Nice hotel, good breakfast, easily accessible by public transport.

In general the hotel is good just that it is a little old Good service, friendly and attentive staff The Breakfast is good and quite a variety The location is not the best but for the price you cannot expect it to be in the center Basically I liked the hotel

I couldn't make it in time for check-in, so I communicated with the hotel and they refused to give me a refund, so I received a bad review.

The towels didn't look very clean. The lady who made coffee for breakfast had two different attitudes towards foreigners and Italians.

Terrible cleanliness, dust on the bedside tables, dirty towels, dated and broken furniture, unfriendly waitresses, nothing...unbreathable air due to the heat being too hot, air conditioning not working...we had to sleep with the window open because we couldn't breathe and the heated towel rail in the bathroom is turned on 24 hours a day Disappointing breakfast... Cold cuts that smelled like cold croissants (they were cooked the night before and you could smell them in the corridors) Architectural barriers everywhere

The hotel is an eight-hour walk from the exhibition hall.

We had 2 rooms here and each was very different Our room on the top floor was modern and comfortable with excellent air conditioning The room on the third floor had lousy air conditioning and was poor However overall the hotel was fine Staff were friendly, breakfast was adequate, and for the price we paid I can’t complain The location is a 15 minute stroll from the station which suited our needs as we used it as a base to explore Northern Italy Bologna centre was about a 40 minute walk away so you should consider this if you’re planning a trip solely to Bologna

I visited the hotel with my family. We made the check in late at night and we feel safe with the area and the neighborhood near the hotel. The staff was very friendly and kind. The triple room was big, clean and the beds was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The hotel is near the city centre and very close to the hotel is a bus stop. So you can go to the town very quickly. If i 'll visit Bologna again, definitely i will stay again at this hotel.

An acceptable if forgettable hotel. The room was a little small but well furnished. The air con was a tad loud, and the top floor is noticeably warmer than the rest of the building. I appreciated the choice of croissant at breakfast. Location is good for the research area but rather far from the old part of town so this seems more of a business hotel than tourist.

Stayed for 4 nights whilst visiting a friend in the uni. Room was clean and presentable but very dated. Staff were quite rude and blunt especially the woman serving coffee at breakfast even when conversing in Italian. Breakfast was good but staff really let property down.

My room was spotlessly clean, good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a lovely range of pasties, salami, cheese, rolls, cereals, fruit juice and amazing coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful despite my language barrier. Room had a fridge in which was particularly helpful as the temperatures outside when I was there was 35 degrees. It was lovely to come back to a cool room after a long walk. I would highly recommend the restaurant across the road for the tastiest meal and friendly service - La Nuova Fraschetta

From one perspective, the hotel is quite fine when booked, pictures are nice, and location is quite acceptable. But the reality comes when you arrive. Super dirty, stinks with cigarettes, super old, very expensive (over 100 eur per stay), no sound proof, no water in the room, - do you even understand what a 3 star hotel means for heavens sakes? It literally spoiled my stay in Toscania.

Astor Hotel (bolonia) Un hotel aunque un poco apartado del centro turístico, si bien es cierto por una recta de un km te plantas en la estación de bolonia central y al centro orto kilómetro que se hace muy cómodo por que en todo en llano, atravesé de pórticos y calles cuando te quieres dar cuenta estas en el centro, La habitación que nos dieron se la veía bastante nueva, amplia y el aseo también en muy buen estado tenia una ducha muy amplia y con mampara, nada de cortinas. El bufé muy completo con mucha variedad de cosas tanto en dulce como en salado. Pedimos un taxis para el aeropuerto y no llego a cinco minutos la espera y veinticinco minutos el trayecto, en junio del 2024 nos costo 20 € y era domingo que pudiera tener un recargo por que llegamos un viernes y cogimos un taxi del aeropuerto al hotel estuvimos bastante tiempo atascados por el trafico y nos costo unos 18 €. Yano recomiendo coger el tren exprés cuesta cada billete casi 12 euros y para dos personas trae mas cuenta el taxi.
