In general the hotel is good just that it is a little old

The towels didn't look very clean. The lady who made coffee for breakfast had two different attitudes towards foreigners and Italians.

Terrible cleanliness, dust on the bedside tables, dirty towels, dated and broken furniture, unfriendly waitresses, nothing...unbreathable air due to the heat being too hot, air conditioning not working...we had to sleep with the window open because we couldn't breathe and the heated towel rail in the bathroom is turned on 24 hours a day
Disappointing breakfast...
Cold cuts that smelled like cold croissants (they were cooked the night before and you could smell them in the corridors)
