Had a good experience staying with them, communication was excellent and the room itself is a good deal for the price offered, bed was very comfortable,too! But reviews shouldn't have to be 200 characters long, looking at you, TripAdvisor;)

- Excellent comms with the reception. - It was very clear to access the room. - Room was clean enough. - The location was great. - Wifi works well. - The room door was rubbed to the floor, need to be pushed with shoulder each time. A little hard to open from inside. - A shelf need to be put inside the shower to put the shampoo and shower gel. - The blanket would be not good enough for more colder days.

Do not stay here. I plugged my charger into the wall, and my phone would not charge. My charger was working perfectly fine before this, and after plugging it into the wall at this hotel, it wouldn’t work with other outlets or my portable. I thought it was a problem with my charger and didn’t think much of it. I plugged my computer in- same issue. 3 days later and my laptop and phone charger still do not work. My computer also won’t turn on- I won’t know if it’s ruined completely until I get my hands on a new charger (praying that it’s only dead), but I’m worried that the outlet shocked it and broke it. This has caused me so much stress, anxiety, and anger, and it is such a hazard to have faulty electrical wiring.

Our stay at A Nenein con Joy was super comfortable than expected, the room was spotless and clean, towels and bathroom in excellent condition, the air-conditioning was a perfect match for this hot week. Though we arrived late due to delayed flight, the earlier remote check-in days before arrival was a good idea. Communication was good and response time was short and timely. I appreciate the precise, easy to understand information on getting into the apartment and getting to the address. 👍👍 My two thumbs up 😊 Till next time if I visit Bologna again and you're not fully booked.

It was nice and clean. Very convenient location. The people were very polite and gave us full instructions for our stay. The only negative thing we could think of is that the air conditioning could not keep the room at very cool temperature, as we visited Bologna in hot days. But still, our experience was great!

Camera essenziale, ma moderna e pulita. Bagno funzionale con kit di cortesia completo. Posizione centrale e comoda per parcheggio auto, stazione e centro storico. Anche se non di persona, siamo stati seguiti passo per passo per il self check in e per tutte le pratiche con cortesia e professionalità. Esperienza molto positiva.

Άμεση εξυπηρέτηση μέσω email για την είσοδο μας νωρίτερα από το αρχικό check in, καθαρά δωμάτια, μοντέρνα. Υπήρχε νερό και προϊόντα περιποίησης. Η ηχομόνωση δεν ήταν και η καλύτερη αλλά με ωτοασπίδες όλα λύνονται! Θα το έχουμε στα υπ όψιν για το μέλλον.

Zeer comfortabele kamer met genoeg plek voor een kort verblijf. Heel aangename badkamer en douche. Dicht bij alles, makkelijk wandelen naar station/centrum. Geen geluidsoverlast van de andere kamers maar wel van de mensen en trucks op straat in de nacht.
