Check-in was a little bumpy, but overall it was very good, with a good location, a large room, a large terrace with a whirlpool bathtub, and a massage shower head in the bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook your own meals. Luggage storage is available.

This was the most amazing place we’ve ever stayed at, everything from the location to the room was incredible and luxurious. We are definitely going to book this again for our next visit to bologna! This apartment was better than we could imagine and we miss it already… the shower was amazing!

Perfectly located for easy walking to most attractions and close to Garibaldi statue cab rank. Fully fitted incl washing mc and spotlessly clean. Would advise attention to check in detail, incl pay city tax in advance as no reception. I’ll Moro Restaurant across road is great. All round a good experience. Cheers J

Great place. We stayed for two weeks in the King suite which had everything one would want, including elevator, bathtub, full kitchen, washing machine. The management staff is available and responsive. Ten minute walk to train station for day trips and ten minutes to the main square. Cafe connected to building, two restaurants across the street and a superb restaurant (L'Arcimboldo) a block away. They even offered complimentary cleanings.

The apartment block is a building site with works being carried out in other apartments and working on a Sunday morning. In our apartment the toilet came away from the wall & flooded as did the bidet. The apartment smelt so bad. On reporting and toilet being repaired, we were told to use toilet gently!! Hall was full of building stuff, lift broke. We had to keep windows opened as adhesive smell was so strong making for a very cold and noisy night. Offered a 200euro refund but 375 a night was too expensive to have to use a restaurant toilet across the street and ending up with the next night with no sleep & a migraine. *********** were useless, no help at all. I know things happen but to charge such a high cost for a room that was not fit for purpose was a disgrace. So greedy and unfair

Bologna is a city for walkers, and Falegnami Boutique Suites is perfect for this. There are a couple of apartments here, and we (partner and I), stayed in the smaller one for three nights. An easy walk from Bologna main train station, although dragging cases over the cobble stones and rain-soaked slippery marble paths was interesting! (But that was not the fault of Falegnami Suites.) Location is great, just off the main drag, and close to good restaurants, cafes and bars. Check in was easy – we received clear instructions via text / SMS on how to get in from the street, to accessing the apartment keys and where the apartment was. The apartment was spotless, and well appointed. Although we ate out each evening, we self-catered for breakfast and picnic lunches and whatever we needed was in the apartment. Bed was super comfortable, and the area is quiet at night – we slept with the windows open. The washing machine was much appreciated. Thanks. Cate

It’s bright, everything is new and clean, good elevator, fantastic location and terrace with jacuzzi was so relaxing after each day of touring. Perfect for couple or solo. I really enjoyed my time here and I’m so sorry to leave!
