Residence Studio Vita

Overall very much ok. Nice place to stay. Kitchen is ok, bathroom is ok, sleepingroom ok and bed is also comfortable. Situated in the city centre, which is also ok!! The place is at the second floor and there is an elevator. One detail: the ilumination is very bright, which could be less to create a cosy a**osphere. I would return to this apar**ent!

Location in Bologna center is convenient closer to all sites and attractions, restaurants and shops. The 3 level apar**ent is a little cumbersome and of you travel with kids or elder people it may not be as good. The apar**ent is clean and well equipped, we love the moka coffee brewer. Access to the apar**ent is a bit confusing but once you get trained to work with the multiple locks then not a big deal. One of the bathrooms may need more privacy, when using the toilet make sure to close the window. Other than that we really enjoyed our time at the apar**ent, and definitely glad to come back

The apar**ent is wonderfull, clean spacious bedrooms and a great panoramic terrace. It is located perfectly in the city centre so everything is within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and accommodating storing luggage after checkout.

The location is great- a few minutes easy walk from Piazza Maggiorie.The apar**ent is simply furnished & of an older style but it’s lacking in nothing you would need for even a 10day + stay.. Spotlessly clean. Warm if you need warm. The bedroom is at the rear so it’s quiet at night.

We had a wonderful stay at Studio Vita Apar**ents. Our apar**ent was spacious and comfortable. It was in a fabulous position to the historic centre. We loved that we could make a coffee or prepare our lunch there. It had every convenience possible. Thank you! We would highly recommend it to anyone!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, communicating with us by text message throughout our stay. We had to collect the keys from a different building down the road which wasn't great after a long journey but not a huge deal. Our apar**ent was off the terrace which was lovely. There was three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a communal kitchen area. We appreciated the teabags and bottle of water left for us. It was clean and comfortable. We liked the central location as it was near to restaurants and bars. There were a few downsides. The bathroom doors squeaked loudly which bothered my friend whose room was opposite. The shower shot water at all angles but would probably be ok if the shower head was cleaned/replaced. It's fairly central and next to a church with bells that chime constantly so take your earplugs!

All in all this was a very nice choice because of the position of the apar**ent and the terrace. The rooms were clean enough and it's quite modern and pleasant in general. The owners and workers are very polite and helpful, both in person and by email. The kitchen was fully equipped such that we could prepare food and eat it at the beautiful terrace. The only thing we did not like was that the small first bathroom, which is quite dark and not well equipped compared to the second bathroom, smelled quite terrible when we arrived, probably some work is required to avoid smells, but it went away after using the shower.

Perfect location! So easy to check in and out. Staff were amazing as well! Would definitely recommend this stay:) Walking distance from everything which was super nice as well clean and overall beautiful. The terrace right outside was super cute as well.

We loved our stay at Residence Studio Vita in Bologna. The apar**ent was very spacious, quiet and comfortable. I wanted to take the bed home to Australia. The washing machine came in handy and I managed to get 3 loads of washing dry on the clothes aires provided. Great location close to everything. Highly recommended. 10/10
