We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and it was extremely comfortable and spacious. The apartment is in an excellent location, near to the centre with all the sights as well as restaurants and bars. It had everything we needed for a short stay in this lovely city. We particularly liked the shared terrace, although sadly we could only use it on one day as the weather let us down. Only one thing to point out is that the 2nd twin room has a skylight over one bed, so not ideal for light sleepers or when it's raining heavily! Reception on arrival was very helpful and friendly and also helped us get transport back to the airport, which was a little tricky - thank you Francesco for your kind help. I highly recommend and would most definitely stay at Studio Vita again if I come back to Bologna!

We didn’t actually stay as the condition of the apartment was very disappointing. There was very noisy construction work within the building which wasn’t advised in advance. The work also seemed to release a strong odour of damp plaster. The furnishings were all tired and the soundproofing between the room and corridor was poor. Having stayed in some really nice places in Italy in the preceding 2 weeks we just couldn’t face staying in this place which was not to the standard we had found elsewhere for not much more money.
