The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, the location excellent, and Marina was very helpful via WhatsApp. I have to admit, though, that I prefer the personal touch, with a human host to welcome me upon arrival. The coded building and room entry mode, therefore, was not to my liking. Also, we were not prepared the steep winding staircase, which may prove to be problematic for luggage-challenged visitors. Breakfast was very nice indeed, but was served in another location, a short walk away.

We had booked two nights with booking, but due to a sudden problem we were unable to leave. It was late to cancel, but we contacted the property the day before the expected arrival to find an agreement, perhaps move the date, save at least one night. The lady on the phone, citing clearly random reasons, did not listen to reason and immediately proceeded to withdraw the amount from the card left as guarantee. We would have to pay once we arrived. It was a maneuver, in our opinion, which was unfair to say the least. 👎

Een leuke kamer, perfect gelegen kort bij centrum en alle bezienswaardigheden. Rustig, proper, mooi ingericht. Een gemeenschappelijke ruimte waar een frigo, koffietoestel beschikbaar. Het ontbijt wordt in een ander mooi gebouw geserveerd. Voor Italiaanse normen helemaal ok. Wij gaan zeker terug
