I stayed there in the beginning of Jan 2024. The hotell was not clean enough. There was no daily room cleaning or towel change. They cancelled breakfast on a friday without former notice. I will never go back.

Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nygatan can be noisy at night, so rooms on the other side are quieter.

It was a fully functional hotel with good breakfeast, Clean rooms and a for hotels an impressive Gym with Sauna. I will choose this before other options in the future.
