An older house, but a nice one. The staff was nice and the food and beverage in the restaurant was good. One BIG minus thou! The charge you for carparking in front of the hotel. That was not cool. And your are outside the city center, so I did not really get that.

The hotel has a fabulous location, recently renovated rooms, and very friendly and competent staff. Everything was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the warm water made the stay very pleasant. However, the walls are quite thin, and you can easily hear doors closing, chairs moving, and even people coughing or sneezing in nearby rooms. If you are sensitive to noise, I recommend bringing earplugs. Overall, a very good experience with excellent service — just be aware of the noise.

Terrible experience. Expensive parking not included in a town that has free parking. Not much more to say. Won’t come back. Ever!

Good hotel, great service, but needs aircon units
Walking into the lobby, I was welcomed and helped immediately. Gave the guy my name, double-checked if I had actually paid for parking (which I had, the previous day) and then I got my room key.
No need to check any sort of ID, unlike in Japan.
But then I got to the room. It was a scorcher this particular day, so the staff had put 2 fans into the room. Those didn't really help until 2-3 AM the next morning.
Overall: great room, good breakfast. But the rooms NEED airconditioning units.

Terrible hotel. They charge a lot of money, and want you to pay 8$ a night to park a car. In the room . . .NO closet , no night tables, no phone, no coffee machine, no refrigerator, no microwave, you get nothing hardly for your money. Restaurant was a joke !!! Hamburgers and not much else !!! They'll sell ya coffee at $4.00 a cup . . . in the lobby . Pathetic !

Very nicely located by the lake/river in the center of Bollnäs. Ask for a room to the rear to get a good view. Rooms are newely renovated and the restaurant has a new layout. There are saunas (male, female) and a connected relax room. Breakfast is very good with a wide range of choises. The restaurant is open in the evenings except Sundays.
