Super kind and service minded staff, that all just want you to have a pleasant stay, and a good holiday. The hotel is located very close to everything, the city, beach and restaurants. The hotel has a pool, and most of the rooms has a seaview. It gets my best recommendations.

nicely decorated rooms, the hotel has a perfect location, close to the mains square, all the restaurants, and has a front sea view! the staff was really kind, you get all the attention you deserve! would recommend

we booked the deluxe studio apartment, which had the best balcony with sea view. the rooms are nicely furbished, while the family members/staff are of constant help, either if you need something at the hotel or you need to get around the city. would recommend

The views of the sea from the balcony are beautiful. The restaurant across the road is owned by the hotel and their pizza is very tasty. However, there are lots of aspects of the hotel that need improvement. The hotel is basic and dated. The WiFi is very slow, especially in the upper floors, it needed to be rebooted several times. The receptionist is friendly but is hard to find, often not at her desk. Breakfast is poor, just bread, cheese and ham. There is a smell of drains from the bathroom into the room. The decor in the room is very bare and dated, and layout needs to be improved. The bed is uncomfortable. The jacuzzi is broken. It is a functional hotel, but for a 4 star rating, it falls short.
