I staying here several time and expecting next time they will develop there service but not at all. There is no filling difference between semi premium and premium rooms. Customers service also not upto the mark. I think they are not accepting sportingly of booked customers.

1. They don't have manners how to talk with guest. 2. They takes 30-50 minuts time for provide the room key. 3. In this summer time from them are not started dg during power cut in day time. 4. They don't had provide any welcome dring as mentioned at the time of booking & booking confirmation. When i asked them he told me talk about this for from make my trip.
