1. They don't have manners how to talk with guest. 2. They takes 30-50 minuts time for provide the room key. 3. In this summer time from them are not started dg during power cut in day time. 4. They don't had provide any welcome dring as mentioned at the time of booking & booking confirmation. When i asked them he told me talk about this for from make my trip.

I visited this hotel. Good condition rooms. AC working fine. Good service, warm people. Budget food. Pricing okay. Location perfect. All covid guidelines followed properly. Come stay and enjoy the business hotel.

I had my civil services exam recently. I travelled solo to this hotel, and travelling alone being a girl; the hotel helped me in taking to my exam location and helping with my needs. Very polite and generous staff. Food is average yet tasty. 5 star for the hospitality!

Best Budget Hotel in Bokaro. The location of the hotel is at par. Very affordable and very neat and clean. The staff here are very helpful and helped me with good food. Decent hotel . Easy price and good service. Good for business traveller.
