There was nobody at reception even for check in when we had to wait for more than 20 minutes.Besides, neither they provide Tea Coffee and kettle for having tea not anybody responded despite repeated calls.Even upto 8 A.M.next morning neither anybody from restaurant responded nor the reception responded despite repeated attempts.Television was also not functional.Health faucet broken and lying on the floor.Hence very terrible experience.

I was on a business trip and stayed at veena regency. The hotel is located near the main road, overlooking a big lake. Interior of the hotel is nicely done. Rooms are spacious and well ventilated. Hotel staff are courteous. It has all modern facilities. Overall i had a very good comfortable stay. Did at restaurant is excellent, although little high in cost

As far as Location is concerned it's easy to reach but in the outskirts of the town, Here the food is very expensive a cup of tea costing Rs75/ which is exhorbitant rest food price you all can guess. Services are good.

I booked 9 to 10 rooms for marriage purpose. Stay was average but most of people complained about poor room service.
