La Bastide Guest House

The accommodation boasts consistently high praise for its cleanliness and attentive staff. Its convenient location near Magaliesberg Mountains offers a great base for exploring.

La Bastide was a wonderful stay, even though it was just for one night. We were welcomed with a friendly face. The location is beautiful, the cottages are nicely equipped, and the rooms are clean and beautiful. I would consider installing shower doors for the shower as they give more "privacy" and don't feel as open. We enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone as it is also very quiet.

La Bastide Jasmine is such a lovely room with scenic views. However, the following was an issue. The hot water tap in the shower was more Luke warm, and the next morning we had no hot water. No tea in the room, only coffee sachets. The room is big enough for a queen size bed, the double bed is a bit small. I won't book this room again, if I know there are people staying right above you. You can hear every part of the conversation, dropping things on the floor and every toilet flush. The bathroom barn door in Jasmine rattles when the people above walk up and down. They did not care that there were people below. Please work on sound proofing Jasmine's roof.
