The first room we got had a terrible smell (urine) the front desk told another customer they didn’t have another room that night. Since the customer was complaining about one of the beds were not made. That night we had no option to stay in the room that smell bad but next morning after coming from the soccer tournament I approached the front desk and explained my situation. The front desk lady was more friendly and understanding so she was able to provide my family a different room on the third first which it was much better and smell better than the room on the first floor. The first room was missing hand soap as well as other things. Things that the second room had and we were happy to switch rooms.

The folks at Simple suites really have great communication. They start by sending you a very welcoming email, you’d think, no big deal, it’s probably just a generic thing automatically sent out, it’s not, they actually immediately reply to every email, so it was easy to let them know my flight was delayed since I was concerned they’d sell
My room since I got in at almost 0100, the morning after the reservation! And they get you your own personal Uber, which was extremely fast, especially after a long day of traveling.

It was interesting to have a "kitchenette " that had absolutely nothing in it. No dishes, silverware, utensils, glasses, cups, or pans..... please don't advertise there is a kitchenette if there is nothing to prepare food in it. I reserved a room here for a kitchenette. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

The windows did not open, the room was humid and stunk so they must have oversprayed air freshener or carpet fresh. The room itself was clean but damp and stinky. The hallways reaked of cooked food and bathroom odors. The floors at check in were disgustingly dirty but compared to whatever happened in the elevator, you could call that clean. Someone on the first floor had dogs that barked incessantly during check-in. It was all quite ridiculous. The gal at check-in was nice, friendly and efficient.

I was in town for the Boise River Marathon and Simple Suites was a great affordable option for a one night stay.

Nice newer hotel. Reasonably priced for the Boise area. Our room was clean except for dirt and debris in the corners of the floor. Entrance area landscaping at the hotel apparently still being worked on.
