The associates that work at this hotel are amazing! Sylvia was so helpful with helping get my laundry done. They sent it out and back that afternoon. I also needed to buy items on Amazon and they hand delivered the packages to my room. This is the best service I have ever had in Boise. I will be staying every trip to Boise about every 6 weeks.

What an awesome hotel! They really did a terrific job with the upgrades and all the amenities. The room was great and came with everything you need. The hydration bar in the hallways was a tremendous touch and the rooftop bar was perfect. Will definitely be staying at Hotel Renegade on my future business trips to Boise!

This hotel is not even close to ready for prime time. The fireplace in my room did not ignite. Called the front desk. Guys comes up to light it saying, "yeah, we've had a lot of problems with these." He ignites it, saying "all good now,. Turn it off, try to ignite it later. Same story. Called desk. New guy comes up. Same story - "Lots of problems with these". Finally gave up. No hot water in shower or sink on first morning. Had to go elsewhere to get ready for a business meeting. No maid service despite calling both at noon and 5pm to request it. No drawers in which to put clothes at all in the suite. Service in the restaurant (Baraboo) is very good; food is downright bad. Gym is small but adequate. Shame because the hotel is attractively designed. But it is abysmally managed. Was hoping the place would be great. It's just the opposite,

We were so disappointed in our experience at the Renegade. First, we specifically asked to be located away noise such as elevators. AND we were put in a room across from the service elevator used by housekeeping and room service. We kept being told “they will not be using the elevator past X:00…..then the noise continued. Finally at 10:45PM we asked to be moved. So we had to pack up everything, move, then unpack again. Second the rooms are designed such that the bathroom has no privacy AT ALL. Floor to ceiling glass walls and no door even creating privacy for the toilet area. When we shared with the front desk how odd this is they said it is their #1 complaint. (Imagine in the middle of the night getting up to use the bathroom and having the bathroom light awaken your partner. Horrid design. We will not be back. There are just too many other options in DT Boise that are better.

I believe Hotel Renegade is the best hotel in downtown Boise. From the moment I arrived, I was incredibly impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of the entire staff. Whether at the front desk or in the restaurant, everyone went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The level of service was exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, beautifully designed with unique and luxurious finishes that truly set this hotel apart. Every detail has been carefully selected, creating a memorable experience. The rooftop bar offers stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere, making it a great place to enjoy the evening. I highly recommend Hotel Renegade and will definitely be telling all my friends and family that this is the place to stay when visiting Boise.

This was our second time staying at Hotel Renegade. We thought maybe the outstanding service and attention to detail could have been an exception. We found it was not! We received the same outstanding service & care during our long weekend!
