酒店極差，入住體驗特別爛。以前的招待所感覺，臟亂差，服務態度特別不好。吹風機沒有，空調開不了，下完單差點不讓住。走了不退公安，誣陷偷吹風機。真是服了，這輩子遇到這種店家。

設施：牙刷比較硬，馬桶裏洗漱台太近了。
衞生：床上有小螞蟻，有的房間有異味。
環境：鏡子正對着床，有點。。

酒店就在通天河大橋一下來的路口，非常方便去開都河邊走走，雖然在大道邊，晚上還是相當安靜之地。暖氣已經熱了，房間裏暖和。前台工作人員非常熱情，給指了好幾個好吃的飯店，尤其是附近一個早餐店非常贊。全覆蓋的Wi-Fi很給力。出現一點漏水的小問題，店家態度也表示了歉意，態度很好。

晚上11點過辦理的入住，拿了房卡進門有一股臭味，洗漱完了之後準備睡覺掀開被子就看到了頭髮，因為開車時間太長到的比較晚，當時沒有太計較，但現在想想是不是酒店上一波住客退房之後就沒有打掃，衹是將床鋪鋪整齊下一波住客繼續入住，希望酒店好好整理衞生，第一次來到博湖就是不好的體驗

交通方便，酒店有免費停車場，離夜市也近，房間乾淨，老闆娘人特別好，給推薦了旅遊路線，晚上到的老闆還給免費升級了房間。
