The hotel's business center and travel desk also provide a wealth of services and assistance. In short, GHL Capital Hotel is a very good hotel, very suitable for business trips or vacations.

Bright and modern hotel. All the usual conveniences were there and worked well. The room was a reasonable size and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with a particularly good selection of fruit. We stayed two nights and for some reason breakfast was much better one day than the next. The location is ideal. Pretty much all city attractions are close by and lots of eating options in the area.

This hotel and staff were the most kind, courteous, helpful, clean and family oriented - I mean they make you feel like family! I have spent many nights in hotels because of my line of business in real estate and I have NEVER loved a hotel experience like my ten days at this hotel. I never write reviews, good or bad. You cannot go wrong here. Tourists will understand when I say that feeling safe is a must, especially in another country. In the room there was a personalized safe to keep your valuables secure and the staff NEVER enter your room unless directed by guests. The rooms are spotless and fresh smelling, the staff is the hardest working, going beyond with every request - completely and always. This hotel was also the cleanest and best stocked with any amenity needed. My partner and I enjoyed the sanitized saunas, jacuzzis and gym - permitting us to create special long lasting memories! Come to Bogota and stay at this hotel; you will thank me. ＜3 We hope to stay here again, very soon. Short trip from the airport. We only spent 1 night but they helped arrange a vehicle to pick us up and drop us to the hotel. The staff helped us order some food from a local restaurant. We told them our order and they coordinated the rest for us. The breakfast was nice as well. Our room was a decent size and the wifi was good. There was no elevator so don’t bring too many bags or hope for a room on the lower levels. The staff helped arrange our trip back to the airport as well.

My stay at Ibis Museo was very enjoyable. First time in Bogota. The hotel is about 25 mins away from El Dorado Airport and check in was very smooth. My spanish is very basic but the staff was very patient and answered all of my questions. It is conveniently located right next to Museo National and within walking 15-20 mins walking distance to the La Candeleria area and all the museums in that area. Theres a 24 hr La Rebaja Plus that is less than 5 min walk away from the hotel and a mcdonalds less than 5 min walk in the other direction if you need something familiar. The room service came every day with fresh towels and the security was Always outside scoping the area which made me feel pretty safe. Would def recommend and will return 👍

Excellent location near the airport the Dorado, room and cleaning perfect, delicious breakfast buffet type, offers transfer service to the airport. close to shopping centres and other interesting sites.

Great location close to the airport, there is free transportation from and to the airport and also to some close shopping malls. The service is very good

I stayed for 2 nights as part of the trip to Colombia. Hotel is very nicely and conveniently located in El Retiro district of Bogota, to be even more precise in Zone T - which is the most luxurious area in Bogota with a lot of luxury hotels, fancy restaurants and shopping malls. I would say location and price are 2 best things about this hotel, as in all other terms it is just average business hotel - definitely not a destination for romantic getaway, however more than enough to just spend 2 nights exploring Bogota. Historic center and Monserrat mountain are 20-25 min by car and Airport is more or less same distance (without traffic) which considering the size of Bogota is quite close :) Rooms are clean and quite spacious, Privilege rooms (to which I was upgraded as ALL Platinum member) have bathrobes and slippers, views can be different depending on which direction your room is facing - mine despite being Privilege room was facing the other building which was not very appealing. Breakfast is just average - they cook omelet which is very good and have some fruit selection - otherwise not a huge variety. Hotel doesn't have restaurant - only breakfast room and small nice bar in the lobby, which though is serving limited list of drinks (however the barmen, apologies forgot the name was really nice guy). They also have small gym on the last floor as well as sauna. Overall, I can recommend hotel for those just looking for the place to sleep for 1-2 nights as location is really great and price reasonable, while definitely not for longer stays and not for any couples or family trips.

Excellent attention, the breakfast is amazing, the prices are good and the overall experience was very good to me. Excellent staff at the reception and very nice attention. I was glad to have chosen this hotel. The location is also an excellent one.
