This hostal has a lot of events, the beds are comfortable and there are lots of spaces you can use. It’s very cheap and the location is excellent. It’s closed to main avenues and transportation and close to the clubbing area Zona Rosa.

Hotel was in the perfect location close to all big shopping centres and another plus was it was very clean. Room service was always top standard and consistent however it was big let down that the hotel didn’t communicate the spa/pool pictured was not available during the whole of my stay. If I’m not mistaken it should be clearly communicated to guests prior to accepting bookings if the included amenities are unavailable especially if for long periods. In addition, if the spa is unavailable the lift and level to the spa should be unavailable for guests to swipe to that level.. I went to inspect it (not knowing it’s being renovated) and got stuck on the level as there are no buttons to go back up.. Highly recommended however, it would be nice if the hotel was a bit more mindful with regarding the communicating to guests about renovation of spa and how long it’s being fixed + not allow access down to that level if there is no way back up

The best thing about this property is its proximity to the airport. For a 1 night stay it is perfect. Free shuttle included, however you should go to the 2nd floor door nr 5 to find a lady there with the hotel sign. Check was a slow, however check out was very fast Restaurant at night was extremly slow once order was taken

Good quality hotel for the price. The customer service people were very nice, and can speak some English. The rooms are spacious, with fridge, snack bar, free bottle of water, and really love how comfy the bed is. The location is also great, there is a grocery store, and some nice restaurants just next to it.

Few attention on the customer due to the lack of staff in the hotel. It was a good stay, but they definitely need to hire more staff in order to provide a good customer service.

This hotel and staff were the most kind, courteous, helpful, clean and family oriented - I mean they make you feel like family! I have spent many nights in hotels because of my line of business in real estate and I have NEVER loved a hotel experience like my ten days at this hotel. I never write reviews, good or bad. You cannot go wrong here. Tourists will understand when I say that feeling safe is a must, especially in another country. In the room there was a personalized safe to keep your valuables secure and the staff NEVER enter your room unless directed by guests. The rooms are spotless and fresh smelling, the staff is the hardest working, going beyond with every request - completely and always. This hotel was also the cleanest and best stocked with any amenity needed. My partner and I enjoyed the sanitized saunas, jacuzzis and gym - permitting us to create special long lasting memories! Come to Bogota and stay at this hotel; you will thank me. ＜3 We hope to stay here again, very soon. Exactly what I wanted and what I expected. 3rd time here and would come back, if I need a hotel close to the airport. Brest price. Good restaurant. Free shuttle, works perfectly.
