Wonderful food and nearby coffee shops right next to the park with live musicians especially on weekends and holidays. The old elevator control took a little getting used to since too close to the door and the sensors stopped it. Besides the park and the Boulevard within 3 blocks were big shopping centers and clubs and shops of Central Shopping Andino! Good partying after shopping only a reasonable stroll back. Very nice places even on the corner and fun food vendors in the park night and day. Helpful staff for all things and getting taxis so easy even on Sundays with Blvd closed. We loved breakfast on the patio everyday for 10 days and the Italian restaurant at night. We saw several movie and TV stars at breakfast and coffee. Great sleeping and bathroom - only drawback is glass shower door should have magnetic latch like for cabinets installed so it does not swing open while showering. I always talk about Hotel Virrey Park when telling about Bogota as few Americans know it. I show photos too and had one of the best Xmas ever while there seeing the family and doing Novenas and seeing the city lights and Botanical Gardens.

Everyone was so nice and nice. Breakfast was prepared early and everything was clean and daily. Thank you Nataly again for the reception. The taxi service is also very good. It's comparable to business class among global chain hotels. Concierge service was also the best. It was right next to Bogota Safe Park 93 and there were plenty of restaurants.

Desde mi llegada a este hotel no he podido percibir la más mínima amabilidad de parte de el personal de recepción de el hotel sin excepción alguna Iniciando desde mi llegada después de un largo viaje fuimos recibidos por un autómata que solo es capaz de ver la pantalla del ordenador y no de dar respuestas coherentes a clientes . Soy miembro de IHG el programa de lealtad que ampara a su hotel siendo está la primera vez que he percibido sólo evasivas , respuestas incoherentes y falta total de cortesía . Desde el día uno pregunte por los beneficios que me da el grado obtenido de lealtad y se me informó que mi reserva había sido hecha con puntos y que además el hotel estaba lleno ! Me pregunto yo si los puntos de lealtad en este hotel no son bien recibidos no deberían aceptar reservas bajo esta modalidad . En cualquier hotel que nos hemos hospedado con mi familia como mínimo recibimos botellas de agua de cortesía , se me informó que esa no era política del hotel . El colmo fue el día de hoy hace unís minutos que llame a recepción solicitando me enviaran 4 tuallas y papel higiénico y la respuesta que recibí me dejo perplejo: que el hotel estaba lleno y que podían atender mi petición hasta las 10 am Porque el hotel se encontraba lleno . Este es un problema administrativo ya que di tienen una capacidad instalada de x número de personas deben será capaces de atender las necesidades de los clientes . Otra situación incómoda fue el día de ayer que ordene comida a el hotel y deseaba que me cambiaran unos billetes de pesos colombianos por otros de menor denominación al que parcamente se me respondió que ellos no efectuaban ese tipo de servicios Creo que en todos los hoteles manejan algún fondo de caja chica . Aged carpet stained here and there. Bath room was small. Breakfast was OK, with good choice of fruit but little hot plates selection though. Our breakfast was included in the room charges. However, when given the cheque to sign, it was one reminding that tipping was not included and asking to give separately. The chief waiter also reminded us the same specifically. Though it was still voluntary, it was quite ought doing in this way.

GHL Capital Hotel is a boutique hotel located in the heart of a bustling city. It has won the favor of many tourists with its excellent service and facilities. The hotel has a superior geographical location and convenient transportation, and is surrounded by many commercial districts and tourist attractions. The hotel rooms are spacious, bright, well-equipped, comfortable and warm. The beds are soft and comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities are luxurious and provide high-quality toiletries and towels. The hotel's service is also very attentive, and the staff are warm and friendly, providing guests with personalized service. The hotel's business center and travel desk also provide a wealth of services and assistance. In short, GHL Capital Hotel is a very good hotel, very suitable for business trips or vacations.

Hotel was in the perfect location close to all big shopping centres and another plus was it was very clean. Room service was always top standard and consistent however it was big let down that the hotel didn’t communicate the spa/pool pictured was not available during the whole of my stay. If I’m not mistaken it should be clearly communicated to guests prior to accepting bookings if the included amenities are unavailable especially if for long periods. In addition, if the spa is unavailable the lift and level to the spa should be unavailable for guests to swipe to that level.. I went to inspect it (not knowing it’s being renovated) and got stuck on the level as there are no buttons to go back up.. Highly recommended however, it would be nice if the hotel was a bit more mindful with regarding the communicating to guests about renovation of spa and how long it’s being fixed + not allow access down to that level if there is no way back up

This hotel and staff were the most kind, courteous, helpful, clean and family oriented - I mean they make you feel like family! I have spent many nights in hotels because of my line of business in real estate and I have NEVER loved a hotel experience like my ten days at this hotel. I never write reviews, good or bad. You cannot go wrong here. Tourists will understand when I say that feeling safe is a must, especially in another country. In the room there was a personalized safe to keep your valuables secure and the staff NEVER enter your room unless directed by guests. The rooms are spotless and fresh smelling, the staff is the hardest working, going beyond with every request - completely and always. This hotel was also the cleanest and best stocked with any amenity needed. My partner and I enjoyed the sanitized saunas, jacuzzis and gym - permitting us to create special long lasting memories! Come to Bogota and stay at this hotel; you will thank me. ＜3 We hope to stay here again, very soon. The best thing about this property is its proximity to the airport. For a 1 night stay it is perfect. Free shuttle included, however you should go to the 2nd floor door nr 5 to find a lady there with the hotel sign. Check was a slow, however check out was very fast Restaurant at night was extremly slow once order was taken

Excelente ubicación ,personal muy amable, la estadía fue muy confortable. Zonas húmedas con una buena vista . Personal de housekeeping muy amable siempre atento a colaborar en todo lo que uno nesecita. Las zonas comunes siempre están disponibles para cuando uno las nesecita.recomendado 100%.
