Customer service was pretty rude and dismissive and this is coming from a super chill kinda customer.
Room is clean and modern but basic. No water bottles supplied - definitely should be at the price the hotel charges.
Location great with transfer to airport but you must give 24hrs notice or they refuse to collect you.
Breakfast is 5/10. Not terrible but limited in selection and not very good quality.
Wifi was also poor.
Gym is dire.
Overall I wouldn’t recommend it.

The hotel as such is incredibly clean that the staff is very friendly, breakfast could improve and have a little more variety, the staff attention if it is first. But I have to make a note in front of the place this remains in a place called a free zone, which is a conglomerate of customs shops, for this reason at the entry of this place there is a security service that is served by porters very gross, it is a trouble to have to register passport card every time you enter and leave and that the services of Taxi Uber cannot enter and have to register and you cannot enter with the transport by putting your safety at risk. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. I would recommend that you notice the guests of these disadvantages.

Some of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and very respectful, but there were some gentlemen who was quite rude, and there was a young bartender who kept harassing us for more tips even though it was on the bill. When we checked in we parked across the street the car was outside for 5 minutes the security watched the tow truck take the car and then they came in when the car was already loaded it almost seemed like they were in cahoots with each other, but I can't confirm that, but it seemed a little odd that they watched I'll call get towed cost us over a million and a half pesos to get out car back

The hotel was just fine, It requires a little more maintenance, specially in the room. Some LED lights were falling down in my room. The cleanliness in the room can also improve. I also ordered some things from room service, the lady on the phone told me a price, but when it arrived at the room I have to pay more than I was told.

The Habitel Hotel is conveniently situated close to the airport, with a reliable shuttle service that adds to its appeal. The hotel comprises two sections, ‘Prime’ and ‘Select,’ with the ‘Prime’ offering slightly superior accommodations. My stay was generally satisfactory; however, the A/C in my room was broken, making it uncomfortably cold. After multiple visits to reception, the staff kindly provided a heater. This issue should ideally be addressed before guest check-ins.
It appears the hotel is undergoing construction on the 1st floor, which was where my room was located, resulting in some noise. Despite these inconveniences, the delicious breakfast made up for everything! I highly recommend the Caldo de Costilla. Based on the food alone, I would definitely consider staying here again.

The room is small but clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and the assistance service of Ctrip is also great. There is an airport shuttle to the airport, which is very punctual. The breakfast tastes good, with fruit, coffee, milk, yogurt, eggs and bread. It has the basic breakfast standards. Recommended for those who want to catch an early flight.

FFengziangRoom Marriott standard, safe, guard + dog at the door, gym, SPA (experience can be, sleep), there are Italian restaurants and Western steaks, the environment is good. The advantage is that it is close to the airport (15 minutes), the disadvantage is that it is too far from the high-end living area - there is a high-quality lifestyle.

JJUCHIUNGThe hotel counter provides free hot water and free hot American coffee. The hotel counter staff is very good. They also help arrange the airport drop-off at 5:00am in the morning. The hotel is in a good location. There are many restaurants, shops, and laundry shops nearby (about 4 hours of washing and drying) and the price is not expensive. But we stayed in a triple room, the room was a bit small, no hair dryer.

IIanNice place run by 3 lovely ladies. Clean, quiet and secure. A little too secure. Getting in and out of the front door requires the unlocking of the door by one of the ladies, which is a little inconvenient. It must be said that they always responded within a couple of minutes. My room had no windows, and no extraction fan, which made it quite claustrophobic, but most rooms do have windows.

The rooms are small and have no refrigerator, only TV and bathroom, TV only has national channels and water to swallow or bath from the bathroom knew fish. The breakfast meets the goal of filling the stomach, egg, bread and coffee, the attention is very slow, as one person makes breakfast, serves it and washs the dishes for all guests. I wanted to wash my hair and there was no dryer, I asked it at the reception and they said they didn't have and I go to the haircut.
