This is a great place to stay for a few night. Nearby the airport, the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Because we had a night flight, it was already early in the morning when we arrived there. I originally wanted to book a room for my colleagues who were on business trips to rest. It was close to the airport and could only sleep for a few hours. From the picture, I chose this hotel. This hotel, however, received very poor feedback from colleagues after checking in. They said the hotel had no hot water, the environment was terrible, and there were bad business locations nearby. Here's the feedback from a colleague: Really bad. We cannot trust in the advertising or photos on website. They take pictures from the best side and the best light. Cold water for a shower.. located just aside of ****** ****** place.

The hotel is a bit uhmmmm… how can I say it? It was a bit dirty, but the quality of customer service is amazing and I think that made it all better, is ok for a night or two if you need to be close to the airport!

The staff is amazing, very helpful and sweet. The hotel itself is not so great, the beds are a little uncomfortable and room was small, but the staff was so sweet I’d come back and stay here knowing the hotel staff will go out of their way to help me get what I need. Thank you night staff, you are the best!!

Even though I made the reservation two weeks in advance, when I arrived there was no room and they gave me one that was not in good condition, dirty and smelly with a very uncomfortable bed and I had nowhere to put my personal belongings.

Hotel was clean. Price was outstanding. Bed was hard, pillows overstuffed with polyester. One towel in bathroom, room was too warm, no thermostat in room. Busy, high traffic area. No lamps in room just ceiling lighting. Either all lights on or none.will not return.

The room was very dirty without toiletries only one towel available for myself my husband and my daughter, not hot water in the shower. We got the room that is infeont of the property and the noise was terrible, not a good experience

For any American traveling to Columbia, understand there is no hot water in the showers. Mattress are stiff and the building needs renovation. I do renovation work, so this is my opinion. Im sorry. I dont like to leave bad reviews.

We had a full dayof flying from San Francisco and had more in-store the next day, and was very happy the bed was so comfortable and breakfast was wonderful
