The apartment is well located, in the heart of the historic center of Bogota, it is on the 4th floor with elevator. The apartment is spacious with a large flat screen TV, good Wi-Fi and a code lock. The kitchen is modern as are the bathroom and bedroom. The view overlooks other apartments. The only negative point is that I did not find the hair dryer and the rental agency (8th floor) told me that they would bring it down to me immediately but after more than an hour, they never did.

EXCELENTE SERVICIO, sus instalaciones muy cómodas, la atención del personal sin igual. Desde que me comunique con ellos estuvieron atentos a mi reserva, asistí por 3 días, por una cita medica, pero volveré allí por mis vacaciones con mi familia .

Hice una reserva On line, me deje guiar por los buenos comentarios en internet. hoy he recibido la comunicación solicitando que cancele mi reserva sin explicar los motivos. Llamo para aclarar la situación puesto que viajo desde España para mis vacaciones y me atiende la recepcionista/administrativa, a gritos, sin dar explicaciones. Llamó para entender porque he de cancelar mi reserva y entre gritos y malas contestaciones, me dice que se le han inundado los apartamentos, no son formas. No recomiendo este sitio.
