Property was outdated, there is poor service by the front desk, and i asked for ice for a few drinks and there wasnt any, i dont recommend this place at all

Great location 2 blocks away from Parque 93. Big and comfortable rooms. It looks like a boutique hotel. Breakfasts ok and for the price, location, rooms and service excellent. Definetely will repeat this place

It was all very good, the only point of attention is the unstable hot water supply. The hot water supply can suddenly fall out while showering.

When choosing this property I booked it for the convenience and the rating. This hotel is far from what is stated. Upon entering my room the room did not match the pictures I saw prior to booking. I returned the receptionist and asked why wasn’t I given the room that was pictured. They apparently did not have that room. The room I had was old and worn with spackle patches on the walls and door. Bathroom was run down and old not updated, bed looked worn with a dent in it. Floors had scrape marks and so did the furniture and walls. I was offered another room. The host and I went to see 2 other rooms that were available. They were not much better. I chose the the best out 3 since this was my only option except for leaving and having to pay for the time I booked and to find another hotel and pay for that property also. My friend came into town late that night and the evening receptionist was going to charge me for an extra person. After having to prove I booked for double occupancy and not single my friend was allowed to stay with out a fee. Also, the door would sometimes lock and other times not when leaving. Made the reception aware of this also, sometimes would lock and sometimes not. If you have no other option stay here but do not expect the best room. Look for other options…

Only pro was good location. All the Cons: 1. Unsafe hotel. My family had to sleep with the sofa against the door because the lock didn’t work and the hotel didn’t do anything to resolve the situation, 2. Old mattress filled with holes, old bathroom equipment that didn’t invite, 3. Bad service from the host and hotel staff with bad attitude and not willing to give a good experience, 4. Imposible to comunícate from long distance to coordinate transportation from the airport. I DONT recommend this hotel.

Incredible value. Our family stayed for four nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is situated in an ideal location for walking, shopping, and going out. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful.

I have to say that in general, the property condition is disappointing. The first room they gave me was terrible. Horrible bed, musty smell…
I requested a change and the staff was very accommodating.
They moved us to a room that match what we saw in the pictures. But the place needs better maintenance. Even though the price is “cheap” compared to other places, there is no excuse to not keep the place in better shape.
