There was not hot water in the sink, and in the shower it takes a while to have hot water

My problem was the bed. I dont know if
it is a Bogota thubg or not, but it was like
sleeping in a coffin. As hard as the floor.
That is not a bed to me. Also, I was just
above the check in area and guests downstairs
carrying on and noisy til 11pm.

El personal es agradable, el hotel está ubicado en un sector tranquilo y central. Desafortunadamente hubo mucho ruido durante la noche, y a la habitación N. 10 nunca llegó la señal de Internet.

Viaje con mi esposa por cuestiones personales, decidimos alojarnos en el hotel ya que fue lo más cercano al sitio donde iba a estar, la atención es buena pero al momento de decidir tomar la habitación nos salen con que el costo no era el que se reflejaba en las diferentes plataformas aduciendo que no era posible el precio, por estar cansado y el trato de los empleados, al otro día por azares de la vida nos encontramos a unos amigos de otra ciudad que llegaron una hora después en la noche, nos comentaron que el precio que les cobraron era igual al que nosotros vimos en un principio, por salir de la duda le pregunté a algunas personas más y les cobraron lo mismo que a mis amigos, me dejó un sin sabor total eso
