Estuvimos un grupo de 3 amigas. Todo muy limpio, cómodo. Todos los días hacen limpieza. Nos tocó en una habitación donde sentimos un poco de ruido y dificultó el descanso.

Excellent service, very friendly staff and clean rooms, good price and super well located.... in the area there are restaurants, bars, shopping centers, parks, cafes and it is very safe since the park has private security. I highly recommend them!

Let's start with the good: The location is central and you can find several places of consumption nearby. There is a McDonald's nearby, Agua Patos, the NH Hotel and several local restaurants. Wifi works throughout the hotel, TV service and when closing time approaches 12AM, they close the doors so that no one else enters. This gives you security. The bad: The cleaning is poor, they do the service supposedly every day, but they don't even take out the garbage. The minibar (it is for consumption) is not restocked, I understand that what is appropriate is to replenish it, since I agree to pay for what was consumed. The sheets were dirty when they were changed and the towels had stains. The place has potential, if the management works on the weak points, I understand that this hotel can be the best in the city. They must keep in mind that although the client is not always right, they have the preference.
