Free shuttle bus at exit number 1. Easy to find. Leaves hotel on the hour until the evening. After that every half hour. Refer to the accompanying photo. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I would definitely be happy to recommend this hotel.

Everything was great.
Breakfast was great, quiet rooms, great service but please your food menu needs better quality, the breakfast was great but at lunch or dinner the menu food quality was the worst in my stays in Colombia

The hallway smelt of sewage all the time during our stay. Had to call front desk and housekeeping numerous times for them to do anything.
No toiletries provided. The hotel charged us $29000 for a toothbrush.
On hotel booking platforms is says the hotel has a swimming pool and massage spa. It doesn’t

The stay is always great, this time however I had to wait for 45min for the shuttle at the airport, never had to wait this long before.

Book this for my mom and brother and they loved the property. Convenience in location from the airport, great food, great customer service and room were clean and comfortable. Offer airport pick up and drop off service for a good price or there are scheduled free bus services.
