The best NH hotel in Bogotá consistently excellent service and comfort. One detail to reconsider: breakfast is now charged separately at $17, unlike previous stays when it was included. For guests staying multiple nights, this policy feels out of step. I hope they revisit this.🧘🏻♂️
On the other hand the steam room is super!

I booked a mountain view suite, but the room I was given didn't have a mountain view at all and was close to the highway, so it was noisy. I moved to a high floor, but still didn't get a mountain view suite. They said they would change it for me the next day. They didn't come to me until 7 or 8 pm the next day to ask if I wanted to change rooms. I was too lazy to move and didn't want to change. Property good location. room large. Hotel swimming pool (one of main reasons choosing this hotel) out of action for all of my two week stay. Breakfast excellent. Bizarre policy of water free unless in fridge when chargeable.

Excellent buffet breakfast, very nice rooms. Safe neighborhood and central location, though not much in terms of sightseeing in the immediate area. Lots of good restaurants and crafts closeby in usaquen.
