I recently stayed at Hotel Santa Barbara Real in my trip to Bogotá and overall, I had a positive experience. The hotel is Situated in the north east part of the city, close to public transportation, banks , restaurants and shopping malls. The rooms and common areas were decent and tidy. The rooms were spacious considering the low price and a basic breakfast is included. The internet connection was a bit slow.
Overall, the hotel offers good value for money and a comfortable stay in Bogota. It's ideal for budget-conscious travelers.

A nice hotel with nice clean rooms. The service was good. The only thing I missed was a coffee machine or at least hot water to make coffee or thee in the room.

Excellent, I loved it. David Murcia, the front desk manager, was incredible. He was super nice and let us store our bags; he was incredibly attentive. I loved the hotel, especially the service at the front desk.

The hair dryer they gave us was in terrible condition. It was very old, it was very dirty, full of hair, specks, dirt, everything... And although that is not its use, my sister wanted to dry the moisture from her shoes a bit, because it had rained that day, as soon as she turned it on, made very strange and alarming noises. Even so, it gave off a bit of heat... Suddenly, it slowed down and began to give off a very bad smell, when my sister wanted to see why, she found that she had burned her shoe from the inside. Imagine where she would have used it for her hair.
They should be more attentive to detail and review what they deliver to guests. Much to be desired, really.
