The room is too small, the chairs are too bad, there is no free bottled water (without prior notice, charged at 18000cop per bottle, 9 times the price of Jumbo, fortunately the bill was deducted by reimbursing the bottled water through communication), I will probably not choose this hotel again in the future

Located in a residential neighbourhood and faces a park. We were upgraded to a privilege room (704) because of our Accor status. The room is towards the back of the hotel and away from the street. The room was basic but comfortable. No heating or cooling but we didn’t miss it. A lot of restaurants within walking distance. Had a soup at lunchtime just across the park at Arbol del Pan -Nogale only COP 15000 each.

Do not stay at this hotel if you don’t speak English and want proper customer service. The receptionist are downright rude and yell at you for not speaking in Spanish and will continue to talk to you in Spanish even if you try to translate and communicate with them with an app. Read your receipt carefully as well as they will add additional charges already paid. All these with a very bad customer service personal and other unprofessional gestures in between. The room is okay but appliances need update as they are in their last leg. Management - at least hire one person who is bilingual that can be reached by phone. The best part of the hotel is its breakfast along with an amazing service. Caring and hospitable people greeting you in the morning. If they change the front desk personal, upgrade old appliances and towels, the hotel has a potential to be great.

I stayed for 2 nights as part of the trip to Colombia. Hotel is very nicely and conveniently located in El Retiro district of Bogota, to be even more precise in Zone T - which is the most luxurious area in Bogota with a lot of luxury hotels, fancy restaurants and shopping malls. I would say location and price are 2 best things about this hotel, as in all other terms it is just average business hotel - definitely not a destination for romantic getaway, however more than enough to just spend 2 nights exploring Bogota. Historic center and Monserrat mountain are 20-25 min by car and Airport is more or less same distance (without traffic) which considering the size of Bogota is quite close :) Rooms are clean and quite spacious, Privilege rooms (to which I was upgraded as ALL Platinum member) have bathrobes and slippers, views can be different depending on which direction your room is facing - mine despite being Privilege room was facing the other building which was not very appealing. Breakfast is just average - they cook omelet which is very good and have some fruit selection - otherwise not a huge variety. Hotel doesn't have restaurant - only breakfast room and small nice bar in the lobby, which though is serving limited list of drinks (however the barmen, apologies forgot the name was really nice guy). They also have small gym on the last floor as well as sauna. Overall, I can recommend hotel for those just looking for the place to sleep for 1-2 nights as location is really great and price reasonable, while definitely not for longer stays and not for any couples or family trips.

I have been using this hotel now for more than five years as we have an office nearby. The hotel is clean and well managed. I had a recent issue with a member of staff when I had asked for help but later the hotel went out of their way to resolve the issue and I reflected on the matter that in fairness I was probably also tired and jet lagged after a day travelling from Europe. Least to say, the hotel gives great service and I would recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay in central Bogotá

Unhelpful staff who just want to close as quickly as they can to go home… Asked for some food and a drink, everything was closed/closing….I got a drink, no food after 2100, yet I was told at check in open until 2130. Tried to order a pizza…recommended I use a local app, my phone needed to accept local tracking and many conditions…just asked if the reception could please order me a pizza from anywhere….no, not possible, and my fault for being inflexible and not allowing access to my phone. That might sound petty..but not what I want first hour on a business trip. Will be checking out first thing.
