Good stay at this hotel. I used to be there 4 years ago and the hotel had a better service and facilities before, but still a good option in Bogota!

The hotel is very stylish, the room is large and quiet, very suitable for business trips. The hotel is not very far from the airport, the staple food for breakfast is average, and the variety is not very rich. The fruit is okay, you must try the golden passion fruit,

I hope this email finds you well. I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to provide some feedback regarding the cleanliness and maintenance of the property.
During my stay, I noticed that the hotel was not as clean as I expected. The overall appearance of the hotel looked old and in need of maintenance. In particular, the room I stayed in seemed to require some updates and repairs to enhance guest satisfaction.
Furthermore, I found that the towels provided were not as clean as they should have been. They appeared worn out and in need of replacement with newer ones to ensure a higher standard of hygiene for guests.
I believe that addressing these cleanliness and maintenance issues will greatly improve the overall guest experience at your hotel. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to seeing improvements during future visits.
