Hotel is in a nice area, near to the bars ad restaurants. Also a very good breakfast.

Stayed here many times. The location is very good. It is close to shopping malls and many entertainment venues. Safety is also guaranteed. It is really a wealthy area.

Breakfast is great with lots of fruit. One of the trade mills at the gym is broken.

The room was very dark and small. It was old and you coild feel on the floor where there were holes. Also during the middle of the night there was this terrible sewage odor thay we smelled and did not understand where it was coming from. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was friendly.

Hotel location is not a convenient as advertised - it's on the edge of Zona T, and not a great value for the money - everything is old, not updated, much-advertised terrace on the roof is very small and there is no bar or anything there - just a place to sit. Towels are like sandpaper - first time towel service is bad at a hotel I stay. People are friendly though and ready to help. But overall I'm sure there are many cheaper and better hotels in Bogota with better locations in tourist zone.

Since i got a lower level room th noise was unbelievable, even though i asked for a higher floor. Room was not really clean

Great service from friendly staff. Zona T area has amazing shopping, dining & nightlife.

Poor quality and service. Air conditioner broken, walks dripping water, and extremely rude front desk service. I explained the challenges and that I needed a late check out due to my delayed flight and was told I need to book a whole new reservation despite explaining the multiple problem I experienced.

Great location. lots of food choices within walking distance. room was clean. service was good. room clean. pretty quiet for locations. Staff attentive.

Stay was excellent until morning of check out. When packing, I realized a pair of boots were missing from my room. When checking out I was told I had to pay for three items from the mini bar, a mini bar I never touched, and when I told them about the missing boots, she kept saying, “Ok, don’t worry about it! Don’t worry about it” Zero apologies or responsibility. So a very disappointing end to an otherwise great experience, but now I would never recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was recently renovated and is at the back of the hotel. Very quiet with great view. Breakfast was awesome and the gym was good

I personally would not rate this a five star hotel, not because of anything bad they did, but rather the conditions of the facility, overall I would say this is a 3.5 stars hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful, so there’s no complaining on that, the rooms need to be updated
