The most unsatisfactory hotel for a business trip to Latin America. I just booked the Hilton because the client recommended me to stay near Room 93. They forgot to clean my room for two days out of five days and didn't apologize. I went to the front desk and they said that I had put up a sign saying that the room would be cleaned later, but I was in the hotel all day and the sign was there all day. And one day, I fell asleep at 7 o'clock due to the time difference, and at 9 o'clock, someone suddenly wanted to open my room door, but my second lock got stuck and closed it again. The next day, I asked a local friend to tell the front desk, and the front desk said that there was no response after checking, and then I went to tell them twice in the end, and they said, we asked but no one knocked on the door. Very, very irresponsible front desk and service. Don't choose this hotel. The toilet is very small. The room is facing someone else's office. Every day when you open the window, you can see your room from high to low. There is even no free water! People knock on the door all day long to ask if you want laundry service, knock on the door to check the refrigerator to see if you have drunk the paid beverages, and knock on the door to see if you have eaten the paid snacks.

I basically stay here every time I go on a business trip. The breakfast is very good in Colombia and the front desk service is also great. It is located in the city center which is very safe and very close to famous neighborhoods.
